Edit to add, they just called and asked if I would remove this review for $50. I hired this company last year because my dryer needed to run multiple times to dry clothes. My dryer vents to the roof and I was aware it was an additional cost. When the techs came they said it looked fine and advised not to pay the additional cost to have it done. I ended up replacing my dryer, because I assumed it was an issue with the dryer because they said vent looked good. I pulled up my home inspection a couple months ago for an unrelated issue and it said dryer vent needed cleaning. I’m assuming techs were lazy and did not want to get on the roof to do their job. Had it cleaned today and this was pulled from the screen.

Would not recommend based on my personal experience. Technician looked at our system and said it was extremely moldy, in very bad condition, needed deep cleaning which would costs thousands. Told us it may be subject to failure soon without cleaning. Instead, decided to get a second opinion from a professional and licensed AC serviceman, who told us the unit was in exceptional shape with minimal cleaning required and proceeded to service the system for $75. Update: This review is strictly my opinions based on our experience and we refused a refund offered in exchange for removing this review.

I called this company because my fireplace stopped working after several months of non use. They were very responsive and told me upfront what the charge would be for the service call. I was able to get it working before scheduling the service call and I let them know this. They responded by giving me maintenance tips to keep the fireplace working even though they did not come out for the service call. At some point I will have to replace the fireplace burner and when I do, I will definitely call them. Because of their level I f service, my husband asked me what other services they provide so that we use them for it if we ever had a future need.

Great experience! They even came early which was great. Mor vaknin was my technician. He quickly serviced my dryer vent and also took a look at the AC unit/vents to check for any bacteria. I honestly have very little experience with this sort of thing, so it was very helpful that he explained everything clearly. I'll definitely be hiring them again!

Very happy with the service and work. We had a UV light installed in our AC unit as well as a full cleaning and sterilization. Once he was there, we also had him clean out our dryer vent which was almost completely obstructed. Highly recommended

I had such a great experience with Mor and his colleague. Mor was so informative, knowledgable, and genuine. I called yesterday to luckily get serviced today by these fine and professional gentlemen that did our duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning which we needed it badly (we got rid of two dryers only to realize the same issue with our brand new one) Mor showed us the results and we are so thankful. My husband stated that is the best customer service we’ve had since we moved here, and he’s not wrong. They left our home tidy and clean after the job was done. I hope Clean Air Pros rewards them for their hard work. They have us as loyal customers from now on and we will make sure to spread the word. We are so thankful.
