Two companies came out tried to sell me new unit would not look for the cause of it not working..I knew I’d need a new unit outside because of flooding but needed to find the cause of non cooling first as unit runs perfectly.. they assumed it was no good because of the flood.. A friend recommended Sims the owner came out understood what I was trying to do went through the whole system found leaky valve in air handler in attic ..charged up unit after fixing said unit outside was good cooling again bought me some time till after construction then he will be the one to replace unit..thank you for listening to me amn finding out the true cause so I could make an informed Decision that’s going to work best for me for the time being great job!!!

We were very impressed with Thomas and his knowledge about our needs for air conditioning. He came highly recommended and we feel comfortable using him in the future. Was not pushy at all, and arrived on time and gave us several options.

Thomas was excellent!!! Very efficient and professional. On top of being friendly and kind , he was very knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. He had our central a/c unit and our mini split up and running in no time. We are so grateful for him and will definitely be recommending him to everyone we know!

Thomas & his teams are great. Always quick and efficient. Finding a good repair team is tough but Thomas always goes above and beyond.

Sims installed my new A/C and made sure it was reasonable for my needs. They did it all in one day. All my questions were answered and the team was knowledgeable.

It takes real empathy and moral cajones to do an early evening service call, diagnose and fix a non-wokring system, and then not demand hundreds of dollars or more. Thomas is a true local A/C hero. I was nearly talked into getting a full system replacement...for a clogged drain!! I'm honestly embarrassed by how I was almost duped. Thomas, you are the man and I owe you a beer. You will be our first choice to call immediately when anything comes up. Your tips to for self maintenance are more than I could have ever expected, and certainly weren't offered by the other guys. May peace be with you and your family, as you've definitely provided some to mine.

The associates or crew members were more than knowledgeable on installing a new unit as well as an air handler in the garage. Did it in impressive time. Larry - Richard & Thomas were very patient answering all of the questions about the unit that I was unsure of. If you are not sure who to use or believe it is a difficult process finding a crew to get to install a new A/C system look no longer. You found them. These are your guys !!!!

Thomas and Larry did an amazing job. Very personable and professional. Very honest workers. They are reusing some of my old parts that are still in good condition to save me as much money as possible instead of just selling me all new parts to get more money. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Thomas is great! Came out quickly and helped me troubleshoot an old AC unit, he took the time to help me understand the problem and got it fixed very quickly and efficiently... This company is a great and honest company! We needed a total AC replacement (commercial unit) and they quoted an excellent and fair price, executed the job in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.
