Andy, Dan and Dave were so helpful! They went out of their way to repair my windows! They did more than required by the warranty and exceeded my expectations. I cannot stress enough that West Coast Windows does quality work and honors the customer! I purchased from them some time ago and they came out and serviced the windows with such a quick response time. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and quick - highly recommend!

We had all our windows replaced with hurricane windows four years ago, 19 in total. They did an amazing job. During hurricane Milton one did it's job. Fast forward to now. We had water damage near one of the windows. Turns out it wasn't the window but they responded to my call immediately, asked for photos and were out the next day. They are absolutely first class! Would and have recommended them without reservation!

We are extremely happy with our new windows! The whole process was extremely easy and exactly as described. They were very professional and handled everything here at my house with care and detail. Every single employee we interacted with was kind and very personable. They took care of everything (permits, and inspections). I would highly recommend this company.

We upgraded all of our 1989 single pain windows and doors in the house. The sound from outside was terrible, when storms came the wind made it sound like the house was going to blow away, and we were always having humidity regulation problems. We interviewed west coast windows as well as a couple of other companies and they were by far the best quote for the best level of windows/doors. They are also a family owned business and you could tell they took a lot of pride in their work. Just had the windows and doors installed and couldn’t be happier. The windows and doors look great and have completely changed the look and feel of our house. It’s also very quiet now, and the temperature is much better regulated. Windows came and were installed in only 5 weeks from the time we ordered them! Installers were very professional, and very clean, no dust or anything left in our house. We are extremely happy with the quality and service of West Coast Windows & Exteriors.
From the beginning to end the process was easy and pleasant. We have very custom window sizes, and Joel the sales guy, was very knowledgeable and forthright with what size hurricane windows can fit in the space and with a very weird triangle window we had, he told us hurricane window would not fit in that space but was able to come up with a great solution that we are super happy with. We really appreciated his honesty especially since he used to be an installer! Other companies had sales people that just said Yes we can do everything and when we pushed repeatedly and after they checked had to admit that they could not.
Our installers were Leo and Ali, they were so nice, friendly and professional. They covered our floors and we felt they respected us and our house while they were super capable of installing each window - the county inspector said we had the “A” team, and we agree!!
Norma who answers the phone is always super sweet, and Dan who follows up did a great job.
This is our phase 1 of replacing our windows to hurricane windows. When we’re ready for phase 2 we will definitely be calling West Coast Windows & Exteriors again!! Quality, service, honesty, reasonable pricing were all top notch!! We HIGHLY recommend them!!

We had a great experience with Ryan Dawson. He was very knowledgeable about the business and the process about replacing the windows. He also assisted us with guidance about the financing and getting quality of windows for a very reasonable price. He listened to us and took in consideration all the details that we needed for our home project. He was also very attentive and responded to all our questions and concerns about the time, stiles, installations and materials that we wanted. He also made the time to return phone calls and to clarify our concerns.
The company was very punctual with its deadlines, and the work was carried out with great professionalism. I recommend this company for its reliability, quality, and dependability. Everyone who came to perform the work was very courteous and professional. Excellent quality of work.
