Asked to have a few limbs cutoff for more sun light! They just need to be pruned so I can come back in two years to prune again? If you need a pruner, who knows?

Jennifer repeatedly lied to me about filing for a permit and tried to get paid for a permit that she said she had, but she didn't. I feel like I dodged a bullet having permitting problems rather than tree cutting problems.

Moore Cuts did a tree removal from in front of my daycare center. They were very professional, communication was on target, work that was promised was delivered above and beyond. AND, they cleaned up after themselves which is a big plus!

Very professional & priced reasonably. They arrived on time & left the property clean with nothing to show that suggested that a tree had been removed or that a stump had been ground down saversion for some small chips and sawdust. Picking up my granddaughter on Friday, this tree service truck, Moore Cuts almost ran me off the road because they were trying to beat me through the merge lane. I'm in a car, I had to jump on the curve so I don't hit them because they refuse to have common road courtesy and let me go. Very rude. I hope they don't handle your tree service customers that way. Moore Cuts Florida LLC was punctual, professional, and reasonable. They arrived on time, completed the task and cleaned up nicely. They kept us informed every step of the way. They even got TECO to cut palm branches that were on the power lines and Moore Cuts returned punctually to finish the job. We will definitely hire them again.

Matthew did excellent trim and removal jobs for me and my neighbor a few months ago. He determined that several of my neighbors trees were diseased and had infected one of my trees. They were in a small fenced backyard but he caused no damage to anything. I am very impressed by his ability to "get the job done" quickly and efficiently and by his knowledge of how to do the job right. I plan to use Matthew for all my future work.

I signed up at Home Advisers to find a tree service. Matthew was in our area and responded to my request. He was very professional, kind, courteous, friendly and polite. His response was fast and his estimate was in our budget. The day of the job Matthew and his team were here on time and went right to work. The climber was unbelievable in cutting our trees. We had 2 trees that he took down and 1 was hang over our deck and over the lake it was in bad shape (dying) and we thought it would be difficult to cut down, But his climb was exceptional. The clean up was impeccable like we never had anything done. The safety and professionalism was right on. I would recommend Moore Cuts Florida to anyone. We will have them back for more tree service.

Matthew and his team have done some major property clean up and it looks so much better! I thought I needed to cut big branches in my trees to solve my problems, but Matthew and Jennifer taught me about trimming my trees in a way that now I love them. I will only call them for any tree work I need.

Jennifer and Moore Cuts Tree Service are very knowledgeable about trees and gave their honest opinions on what we wanted done. Some of our trees we wanted to trim didn't even need to be! You can tell they value their customers and gave us the best price out of all the companies we had over. In my opinion, they have deceptive business practices! I would never have agreed to $1575. to cut up a fallen tree and leave it in piles. It was supposed to be moved out by the road for storm debris pick up. Only on an invoice dated after the work was done was there any mention of leaving it stacked by the tree. It isn't even stacked. It is piled. MooreCuts had worked for me before and I thoughtI could trust them. I am a 68 year old widow. I guess there is no fool like an old fool! I will never use these people again.
