Hired paver seal to come out and pressure wash my pavers in my driveway and my two lanai’s. Elias did an excellent job. Everything looks clean. He also gave me some recommendations on when to seal again. I will continue to use paper seal as they have always provided me with reasonable pricing. They are always on time and very communicative.

Arrived on time and Elias did a great job. Unfortunately there was a rain delay for finishing, no ones fault. They were able to finish the job after the rain dried and my pool deck looks like new. I will definitely be using them in the future to help maintain my pavers.

Paver Seal was great about providing a quote quickly and I thought it was very competitive. They were quick about setting up work once I decided to go with them. They communicated via email and sent reminders of appointment. Workers showed up on time and were professional and cleaned up any mess (which there really wasn't any). They were knowledgeable and courteous. They finished in 2 hours and its looks awesome. Would use them again.

Great company! They did an outstanding job pressure washing our pool deck, lanai, and driveway. They resealed our pavers and they look brand new. The two gentlemen that came out were courteous and informative.

Disappointed with Service and Lack of Accountability

We were asked for a review so here it is. We hired Paver Seal Tampa to restore and revitalize the color of our patio and driveway. Initially, we were assured it would be a one-day job. However, the crew arrived an hour and a half late, and the job ended up taking two days. The workers left without notice on the first day, and I had to reach out myself to learn they would be returning the next day—forcing us to cancel our plans.

During the job, one of the workers may have tampered with our pool pump (we didn't but they are denying it), which led to it breaking. We were home and could have easily turned off the pump if asked, but instead, they may have decided to mess with it. While the repair was minor, we had to pay out of pocket for it. For the principle, we contacted the company, who denied any responsibility for the damage.

Additionally, we’ve been left with spots of discoloration in our driveway. Despite our initial complaint being about the patio, they suggested adding the driveway to the service, yet this is the outcome we received. It’s frustrating to see these results after being told they could fix everything.

All in all, we feel let down by Paver Seal Tampa’s lack of professionalism, the poor communication, and the refusal to take accountability for the issues they caused. Unfortunately, we’ll be looking elsewhere for future services. Also, when we advised of the issue and reached out prior to this review, we were met with little empathy. Once we advised that we would just leave a review, we were called and threatened with legal action from the owner if we left our honest review. He not only threatened to sue us for our honest review, but cursed at us as well. That's all I have to say about the willingness to rectify mistakes and their customer service.

Had a great experience with Paver Seal Tampa. Both of the guys very professional and experienced. They were very patient with the job and made sure all the steps (power wash, sanding and sealing) were done properly.

Everyone was super helpful and courteous leading up to the day they cleaned and sealed our pavers. They look stunning now that they’re done!
