We did our outdoor kitchen with Templar, we decided to go with them they works around clients ideas to make our dream true. From the first visit we understand that what makes them different is responsibility,communication and honesty. Job was done before the expected date. Thanks Templar for a great outcome.

I spoke with someone and set up an appt for 2/1 at 4:15. No one ever showed up nor called to let me know that they would be unable to keep the appointment.

Ignored several calls to discuss project. I got the feeling the project wasn't within his scope and rather than passing on the job via a discussion, he ignored my calls/texts. I have no idea if they do good work, just seems to me a bad way to pass on a job if you have no interest.

Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for new flooring and possible outdoor kitchen. Joey or Joe (he said he shared the same name as the owner) came out and measured, and said it would take about two weeks for a quote. After about four weeks w no communication, I called. They apologized and said they had a family emergency. But they promised to get me the quote a week later. It’s been about a month since the phone convo, and nothing. No email, no phone calls regarding a quote. Just wondering, why do you waste your time and potential customers time if you’re not planning on following through? Are you bored and just want to visit peoples homes for fun? What a joke.

Working with this company was a deeply regrettable experience that left lasting negative impacts scars that are taking years to heal. Reflecting on our time living in the house, dealing with Templar was an ordeal. The quality of their workmanship was shockingly poor, there are still areas that aren’t done and as time passed, we encountered an increasing number of issues. Joey, in particular, was unkind and difficult to work with. I had to make numerous corrections because he failed to address problems early on. If you are looking for a sign to work with this company this is it! My advice would be don’t!

After I posted my honest review he responded I won’t give him the pleasure of reading. BUT what I am sure is a lot of drama that is what could happen to you too. Jesus look at all that drama. Nothing but stress for years my wife was prego and cried so much over working with him. The worst part is she told me not to hire him and I did anyway advice to husbands listen to your wife. Good luck everyone if you are already working with him and are here to see what others are saying because you getting stressed too I am sorry my whole family feels your pain. I know you feel scared and can’t leave a review because he could hold your project over your head and he could. From our hearts we feel your agony it’s a horrible feeling. It might be years till he gets it don’t but once he does leave a review.
