It sucks that others try to rip down a company for No reason. The latest reviews claiming "scam" are going off a social media post where he explained what happened after a miscalculation of material. The homeowners and this company came to an agreement from the miscalculation but other ppl on social media got mad. Some people take social media to heart even when it doesn’t affect them personally

We’ve been using this company for the last year and haven’t had issues until lately. The last 5-6 cuts were more folded than cut and when I pointed it out Chase said he would have a crew come out the next day and no one showed. I also walked around the yard and noticed that my sprinkler head that was about 4-6inches in my rocks was snapped completely in half and tossed aside. I sent pictures, texted and left a calm voicemail with no response. There was another sprinkler head that was had the top broke but I didn’t mention it because I never received a response to the last one. I don’t mind mistakes and I was willing to pay for the heads just with the understanding that it wasn’t ok to not mention it. Communication was great until there was a issue.

Why have good when you can have the best landscaping company in Trinity!! I happen to know the CEO of this company and let me tell you he has to be one of the most driven and hard working person I’ve ever met! With his emphasis on marketing, leadership, and commitment to client service I believe this company has only just begun! They provide a service that I believe to be superior to anything else in the market place!!

!!SCAM ALERT!! Bait & Switch
We hired this company to lay sod. The owner came to the house to provide an estimate and explained the service that they would be providing in detail. Explanation of service included tilling and preparing the yard prior to sod installation. No yard prep was performed when they started to install the sod. It was laid on mulch, dead grass, termite traps, gardening tools,. etc. The amount of sod that was quoted to complete the job was grossly off margin and the owner stated they would need an additional 5 pallets (roughly 2,500sq ft) to complete the job they started! The yard was not even 75% complete and we had to pay for the additional 5 pallets to finish the job. There was so much sod left over they were trying to keep the rest for their own purposes throwing it in their truck and trying to leave. This company pulled a classic bait and switch scam misquoting the job to appear cheaper and undercutting other companies and will be reported to the BBB. Use this company at your own risk. Period

Chase and his team installed sod. They were quick, efficient and responsive to my requests. In addition, the company has provided bi-weekly lawn mowing services. It has been a pleasure to work with them on my landscaping needs. Five Stars all round!

I wanted the back of my yard - where it meets the woods - extended a bit - "push back" the overgrowth, and place new sod to extended the grass. Chase and his team were very reasonably priced and did GREAT work - the yard looks so much better than it had. I'd highly recommend.
