These guys are great! Hard workers with attention to detail. Not like my last mowing company who would cut my flower bed hoses weekly because of rushing to do the job. A++ for Grow landscaping!! Highly recommend!

Chase does not call back.
He mentioned he had put down first application at first visit to house, when we followed up with him he said he never did.
Irritation cover was missing after his grew cleaned yard and he did nothing about it, no big deal but why do we pay for service and have to replace?
We have been asking to speak to him about bringing lawn back to life with no response from Chase.
I feel as if they are only interested in A quick mow and It's so quick that you can not tell if they were there or not.
I little extra time goes a long way in a relationship.

Grow Landscaping did an excellent job! They mulched, edged and trimmed. Everything looks beautiful! They really made my yard look great! The landscapers were friendly and professional and price was very reasonable! Will definitely have them back!

Left work unfortunately unfinished leaving us to finish it. Was supposed to put rocks back into the flower beds. This guy played my wife after I specifically instructed him to use the hose and wash the dirt off the rocks and put them back in the bed. My wife didn't know what we had went over, so he played her to get out of doing what we discussed. My wife had to unfortunately do the labor I paid this guy to do.

Lance and his crew have been taking care of my lawn for a while now, and it’s never looked better. They’re always punctual and thorough. Highly recommend! Their attention to detail and consistent service make them the best in the business!

TL;DR: Poor communication, did not deliver what was promised, asked for pictures to “fix” the problem but never followed up after receiving them.

Timeline:
July 20 (Sun): Called for a quote. Chase said he could come next day.

July 21 (Mon): Texted to confirm — no response.

July 22 (Tue): Texted again; was told they could stop by next day.

July 23 (Wed): Chase visited, quoted job, and promised weeds in mulch bed would be removed before weed barrier and mulch were laid. He said he’d send a portal quote for deposit.

July 24 (Thu): Followed up for quote; received it, paid deposit immediately. Job scheduled for Aug 1.

Work Performed:
Aug 1 (Fri): Crew arrived an hour or so late, but no big deal. Cameras showed them laying weed barrier on top of weeds so I called Chase. Chase said they “sprayed them” instead of removing as promised.

Informed Chase about sprinkler system, and that we needed holes in barrier. Chase says he will call team and inform.

Crew finished job without cutting holes; mulch also didn’t match original coverage when compared to before pictures, but is only off by a few inches. I mention this to Chase.

Called Chase and he apologizes. Informs he will send someone next day to cut the holes and lay down the extra bit of mulch. Good enough for me, so I am ready to get this wrapped up.

Aug 2 (Sat): Follow-up worker added more mulch and cut holes.

Aug 5 (Tue): Told Chase weeds were still alive and growing, mulch from Saturday was placed directly over weeds without barrier. Chase asked for pics and how I wanted to fix it. It is late, so I will send pics next day.

Aug 6 (Wed): Sent pictures — got read receipt, no reply.

Aug 8 (Fri): Followed up asking for a supervisor — no response.

Final Outcome:
Aug 9: After heavy rain, I see exposed weed barrier. I walk over to cover the weed barrier with the mulch that has spread out (due to rain, not grows fault), but I find lumps in the weed barrier. When pulled back, I see that other growth was simply covered up and not killed/ removed. Multiple instances of poor communication and shortcuts. Chase was friendly and knowledgeable during the quote, but the actual work was oversold and underdelivered.

Bottom Line:
While some crews here may do good work, the team sent to my home did not. I wouldn’t use them again. If you do, just watch carefully for "shortcuts."

Completely trashed my yard, this after a gave the a pass for snapping a sprinkler and tossing it in the hole and not telling me. Cancelled service immediately.

Horrible communication good luck getting ahold of them, burnt my yard, broke my sprinkler head. Refuse’s to even attempt to make it right…. For 130$ a month not worth it
