Constraction reviews in Valrico, Florida

I BEG anyone and everyone that needs any drywall services in their home to PLEASE use this company! These two guys were polite and extremely professional! My Dad had some plumbing issues and the plumbers had to cut through the wall to get to the pipes! I called this company late in the evening once the plumbers were done and someone personally answered my call. They were here early the next day giving me an estimate! The work they did is so good, you can barely tell where the plumber cut into the wall! And here's the BEST part, their estimate literally came in HUNDREDS of dollars LESS than the other two estimates I had obtained for the job! Absolutely phenomenal company! Please don't waste your time or good money calling ANYONE else! Thank you so much GM Drywall Repair! Excellent work! Bravo!

German and Marcelo do excellent work. Very professional and polite. I hired them to remove popcorn from my entire house and they did a beautiful job. They made me some wall niches in my living room and family room that came out exactly the way I wanted. I hired them again to remove more popcorn from my garage ceiling and paint entire garage. They are very reliable and I am very pleased doing business with them. Thank you for such a great job!

The men came out today. They were on time and did a fabulous job. They covered everything and cleaned up. Their prices Can not be beat. Professional, quality work, and great pricing. I recommend GM Drywall to EVERYONE. They fixed several areas in my ceiling from me removing 4 ft ceiling light. They also took down the batten strips and finished out the drywall seams. Smooth as can be. 😀

This company is outstanding. German, Marcelo & crew are always on time, very professional, and very clean. The end product on the lanai ceiling drywall with the texture was better than new. I will not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them. Kudos to them!

After having air conitioner in attic die and flood the hallway. We called the team to replace ceiling . Part had fallen part was brown from water damage. They removed all and put new up and textured it. They also did texture on parts in other rooms as well as some patch work. The job they did was outstanding. I couldnt be more pleased. They worked non stop and its done right.

7-2-25 My sons townhome had a busted water pipe and mold problem. After getting that fixed, the next step was drywall repair. Not an ease task with all the holes from repiping and under the stairs utility area. Got three estimates, after all considered they were my choice. Right price, and great work. Three day fix. Left as clean as they arrived. GM Drywall was the right decision for us. Now paint ready, that's the next step.

German, Marcelo and crew did a major reconstruction job after we were flooded by hurricane Helene. This included replacing drywall, all doors and baseboards. They were always professional and very reasonably priced. I was very pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again

Absolute professionals! High quality repairs and paint prep. Polite, clean and efficient. I’ve hired them to complete additional projects and I’m excited to keep working with them.

I hired German several months ago when I had a vision of converting our messy garage into a workout area. He came out the following day and gave me such a reasonable quote that I hired him for the job. It wasn’t just his affordable price but also his personality that convinced me. It is easy to find a contractor but it’s very rare to find an honest, skilled and kind contractor. Since then I have hired him to remediate my ceiling after an a/c leak. If you need any drywall repair and more this is the guy for you!

We recently put some minor drywall upgrades out to bid - we wanted to add a couple of arches in walkthroughs that were originally just rectangular, as well as casing in a third walkthrough.

We had 3 quotes; one was ridiculous (the contractor CHARGED us to come and give a quote, and then gave a quote so high it was obvious they did not want the work). The 2nd was reasonable, and the representative was great.

But the 3rd quote was from these guys - German and Marcello. They came in as the least expensive by quite a long way. That's because they do the work themselves - no middlemen. In short, they did a superb job, and they were the CLEANEST contractors EVER - they taped paper to the floor and even cleaned the place up after work each of the 3 days they were here.

I highly recommend them for any drywalling and trim work.

German was courteous, great communications, conscientious asking for points of clarification. Guys left the job clean and in order. Left the wall and ceiling smooth as asked for removing the textured look.

Best drywall crew in the business….and I have contracted many over the years! Hired them to correct the many flawed walls in my newly renovated bathroom. They expertly skim coated the most oddly textured / inconsistent walls, repaired holes / cracks, replaced old tape that had failed, corrected nail holes showing through and more. I saved thousands as they repaired what I thought I might need to replace. Everything was sanded smooth, and they applied a sealer to the fresh walls. It looks like new construction! Most importantly, they are responsive, honest, and so easy to work with. They showed up on time every day, did what they said they would do (and more), and the price was exactly what they quoted, even though the job was more difficult than expected. Clean up was also exceptional. Well done GM, you have earned my business!

We worked with GM Drywall to repair a hole in our ceiling, blend to existing knockdown, and paint.

I couldn't be happier with the results or the overall experience. Communication was easy, they showed up when they said they would, and got the work done on-time and on-dollar.

I was particularly pleased by their attention to detail - they took the time to protect the area they were working in and I'm pretty sure they left my house cleaner than they found it!

Ultimately, I can hardly even tell where they repaired my ceiling. I would highly recommend GM Drywall!

This company is awesome! They did a great job and our garage looks 100 percent better. Their price was also much cheaper than their competitors in the area. I am very pleased with the outcome of their drywall job. I highly recommend this company!

Had to get some drywall installed after a pipe issue that caused water damage to the surrounding areas. German was great from the start, easy to set up to getting an estimate the same day. Was quoted a very fair and reasonable price. The work they did was great. The crew was polite, clean and take pride in their work. I will be using them again in the future for other jobs. Thank you GM Drywall.

I just want to say this company really did amazing with the repair on my ceiling and wall Marcelo was quick to answer the call and came out the next day to give me an estimate that i couldn’t resist hired him on the spot and they came two days later to fix the issue, I wasn’t home when this job was done due to work but he reassured me that everything would be alright. and they kept me informed sent me before and after pictures. (nothing went missing) trust worthy people ❤️ got the job done in a few hours. Thank you again for your service very happy customer !

German and Marcelo dead an extremely extremely wonderful job. I am extremely extremely extremely happy with the work. I can finally use my room after two years. Their rate was more than fair and I highly recommend this company looking to do drywall service. I would definitely 💯 definitely use them in the near future. Great job guys and thank you again so much.

Removing an old A/C system seemed daunting, but the experience was surprisingly smooth. The technician arrived slightly ahead of time, meticulously disassembling each part with care and precision. Their attention to detail and neat cleanup left a lasting impression. It's a relief knowing the job was handled by someone who truly knows their craft. Highly recommend for any A/C needs!

Their swift thermostat installation improved our home's comfort in no time at all.

Breathing cleaner air feels fantastic after they meticulously cleared out years of dust and debris from our vents. The technician arrived about 20 minutes early, which was a pleasant surprise, and worked efficiently while explaining each step. Highly recommend for a fresher home atmosphere!
