Surface Solve has provided us excellent service on a consistent basis. We rely on them to keep our driveway and sidewalks looking fresh with their pressure washing service, and our large paver patio is protected with their sealing. There is such a difference between the condition of my pavers and those of our neighbors, and I know it’s because of the work that Surface Solve has done for us. I highly recommend.

Amazing experience with Bryan and his crew! Super great job cleaning/re-sanding/sealing our outdoor brick areas (Old Chicago bricks). They look so great now! Chose the sealer with the most shine and couldn't be happier. The colors are so much more rich and the "sheen" is just right -- not glossy, not dull. Perfect!

In the same job, they also cleaned a couch and cleaned/sealed a marble countertop.
Couch: fabulous -- cleaned great and did not leave us with a damp couch that would run the risk of getting that dreaded musty smell.
Marble top treatment: New top that we wanted to get sealed now before any staining might occur. He even got out what we thought was a scratch from installation but turned out to just be a thin bead of glue or something on the surface.
Bryan and his crew really know what they're doing and are able to answer any questions about whatever you are considering having done very knowledgeably.

Bryan was very helpful, knowledgable, and accommodating on our timelines. We had multiple furniture deliveries scheduled and he responded quickly to sealing our tile before any of the furniture arrived. He then worked around our furniture deliveries to seal the pavers on our driveway too. Both look great and priced reasonably. Would recommend for both services.

Surface Solve and Bryan are awesome! Due to the last storm, we had some minor water damage at the office that would have turned into major water damage if Surface Solve had not responded as fast as they did. Not only did he take care of the water, but he made the rest of the carpet in our office look brand new as well.

This company provided great service. They were able to help out beyond measures and any issues were resolved in a timely matter.

This review is based on a personal experience I had. I had contacted Blair regarding a lot he was selling (at the time I did not know he was a homer builder), the lot was posted on Zillow. He notified me he had another lot for sale in same area if I wanted to look at that lot as well. Looked at the lot and liked it and called him to see what next step be & he told me we would need to get a lot loan to purchase the lot or get a construction-perm loan if I was going to build on it right away. I let him know we weren't looking to build right away as I would need to sell my house etc and he said then we would need a lot loan but mentioned he was a builder if we did want to build on the lot (never stated he was only interested in selling to those who will build with his company). Went through the process to get a lot loan and called him and told him we would still be interested as we got approved only for him to tell us he wouldn't sell to us unless we used him as a builder. Mind you this wasn't mentioned before. I can't speak for his craftsmanship however I would not do business with someone that tries to bully someone into using them as a builder after we went through the entire process to get approved to buy the lot which is what we had initially discussed. When I find a lot in the future, I will make sure to NOT use this builder.
