Jose was great. I know luck and timing had a little to do with it, but he was at my house within ten minutes of my call, fitting me in between jobs. He fixed my cpvc problem quickly and got my water quickly back on, which made my wife extremely happy. Thanks again, Jose.

I have nothing but praise for 5 Star Plumbing. I used them for a small problem once before & Jose came immediately & took care of it. This time my need was not urgent & I told Jose this, but he still sent someone the very next morning. He assessed the situation, suggested a couple of options & the problem was solved. I highly recommend them. Very reasonable

On a personal note business to business this company is HIGHLY recommended by US. Everyone there gave me the BEST customer service and is very patient to our needs. We paid Kielty around $1000 to hook up our dishwasher, faucet, sink, and garbage disposal in conjunction with a remodeling project.
When the plumber arrived, I asked him how he was doing, and he said he was hungover. After he declared the job finished and left, the water just gushed into our brand new cabinets. They came back. After the second trip, water leaked from the faucet, water still leaked from the dishwasher port, and the garbage disposal did not work. After the third trip, the garbage disposal worked, and there was only a small leak, from the drain. I called Kielty and was transferred to their service department. They never returned my call. I don't want to see them again, anyway.

Just had a major plumbing issue this Saturday afternoon; a pipe was broken inside the concrete wall behind a hose bib on our home. Called RJ Kielty and George arrived when promised. George was competent and courteous and repaired our broken pipe with great care to make sure it was done right. I highly recommend these guys, will call them when the need arises again (hopefully will not need to) Be sure to ask for George!

Long story short, I’ve had three service appointments to fix hour long draining water, and growling pipe sound that’s behind the tiled wall. I emailed the company several times while still under warranty to address these issues. They have not communicated as I’m sure they are aware that the issue is behind the wall in the pipes, and they don’t want to put the work in. Please note, I was solicited to purchase a water softener instead, and also note that the email sent contained a video of the issue, and audio of the loud sound that is coming from behind the tiled wall.

Responding to your response. I called your company Thursday July 29, 2021 and spoke with your after hours person who promised to get someone out, and she also discerned the issue could be construction material got stuck in the pipes which frequently happens. I called yesterday August 2, 2021 and left a voicemail message and still no response.

R.J. Kielty is a great company. They are always there when I need them. They prior post is negative. Seriously since when can you send techs out and know what customers look like over the phone. Thank you for being there for me and all you do for our community.

Extremely disappointed.
Was charged $141 for a service call - My AC drainage line drains slowly and backs up into the unit, forcing it to shut off. Call Kielty and explained my problem, and they sent a technician out to address it.
Technician arrived and I explained the problem. He responded immediately that they would not or could not fix that problem (can't remember which), but it could not be fixed. He put a little anti-algae pill in the overflow line and left.
That cost me $141. For a little anti algae pill.
Unbelievable.

5 - Star service! We had two plumbing issues that needed immediate attention & had called a different company who started the first repair but, after 5 hours, did a terrible job, part of which was against code. After multiple calls & waiting nearly two weeks for them to come back we called RJ Kielty. Not only did they show up the day of the appointment but the Tech August, had a pricing book and quickly gave us an accurate quote & got the job done promptly & efficiently. Will definitely call for any future plumbing needs! THANK YOU to R.J. Kielty Plumbing and particularly, the tech August for a job VERY well done!

One of the worst support service I faced in recent times. R J Kielty is the vendor for Air Conditioning as well as plumbing for my house. While reaching out to them on 4 occasions, they were irregular in scheduling the appointment on 3 times. They scheduled for 8 AM to 12 PM and by 11:50 they called me to reschedule for another day. The same thing happened thrice and they fixed the issue after 12 days. Currently I am waiting for 9 days for an issue with no acknowledgement for my request. I am giving 1 star for the quality work their technicians did at my home. Excluding that I am totally dissatisfied with everything on their support.

Terrible. I had a blockage on Saturday night, so I was ok with the guy coming out in the morning at 10am on Sunday. He showed up 1.5 hours late, and he was dispatched from a location 80 miles from my house. He was very rude, reminded me of his other jobs he had to do today, told me it would be expensive, and failed to find the clean out cap after 1.5 hours of looking. After I contacted the builder of my home, he came out and found it immediately. The service tech then was very argumentative with the builder and was generally rude. The problem was fixed, but not after a lot of complaining, making me feel bad for even calling to fix the problem. If you can use another service, do so. It's not worth your frustration.

Excellent - Quality, Prompt and Professional. I really can't say enough good things about RJ Kielty. I worked with Jack Dungey, who came out on a Saturday (for no extra charge). The price quote was a fixed fee based on project -- not hours and parts were included. Price was very reasonable. I called about 10 plumbing companies and this was by far the most professional and organized. They'll be my go to and Jack provided incredible customer service.

Great service from the initial phone call with scheduling staff to Don the technician. Don was knowledgeable and patient as he took the time to answer all the questions I had about my whole house water filtration system.

R J. Was able to complete a full install and replacement in an 8 hour window. My air handler is in the attic, very tight space! Pleased with the service. Eddie was great at answering all my questions! Highly recommend.

Gene has been incredibly helpful and patient as we work through a plumbing nightmare. We aren’t done yet but I am confident he will get this done well for us.

Jack, the plumber RJ Kielty sent was great.He was very knowledgeable and respectful and offered great customer service. Having a lot of plumbing work done can be overwhelming and stressful but both Jack and Jesse, the manager, went above and beyond making my experience a memorable one. They set my mind at ease with their level of knowledge, calming demeanor and can-do attitude. Now my plumbing problems are history.
