DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Jeff the repair man came to my house twice, billed me 59.95 each time and did nothing to solve my refrigerator problem. He told me he would order a part and return to install it, it's been over three weeks and I have not heard from him!! He's a scam artist!!!

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing an appliance repair. They were prompt, professional and friendly. We scheduled an appointment with a 2-hour window, and the repair technician still called prior to his arrival.

The repair man that came to my house never did anything we moved the stove out for him and after 10 mins of him being in our kitchen I asked him whats the problem he said my partner is trying to fined out what the code means, I told him my book on the stove said se means touch pad is bad. so he went out side and told his partner. 10 mins. later he comes in and hands me his Estimate for $349.34 to replace it. I asked him how do you know that that's what's wrong for sure? you never took 1 screw out of my stove. he said you have to replace the whole mother board and touch pad. I paid him and he said he would be back in 3 days to install the parts, but here it is 2 weeks later and not even a phone call, so I ordered the part my self and it only cost me $41.38 so that means they where going to charge me over $300.00 to remove 10 screws and put them back. know i'm trying to find there address to get my money back but one address is not there on Kingsway and I will go to the house in Valrico to see if it is there. I would never use this company for anything again.......

In 2010 Kenny repaired my dryer. My dryer is now 34 years old. They don't make them like they used too. But "A Same Day Appliance Repair" still repairs them like they used to. Kenny was out today fixing up another appliance. Well done, Kenny.

Frigidaire Refrigerator went down again, tried warranty service and warranty contractor said it would be Thursday or Friday before he could look at it. This is Monday and I know from previous experience he would order part and it would be two or three more weeks.
Called A Same Day Service and Jeff came out in a couple hours and repaired it less than an hour.
He also added a modification so it would not happen again.
DO NOT BUY BEST BUY EXTENDED SERVICE or you will have to deal with Mel's Appliance service which in no way resembles service.

I should've read other negative reviews about A Same Day Appliance Repair (Tampa location). That should've been my red flag. I highly DO NOT recommend this business to anyone.This so-called family owned business practice unethical business and has poor customer service. Jeff came to my house to check on my dryer that wasn't giving any heat. Apparently the vent was completly off. He had the nerve of telling me that it's something I can easily fix and charges me $59 for his 5 minute visit. I'm just a single mom, not mechanically inclined but this is YOUR profession. Jeff took advantage of the easy short cut money he made, ignored my request, and walked away. His best advice to me is to hire a handyman. What a jerk!

Amazing service! Our washer had a bad motor and wasn’t spinning properly. Mrs.Tammy sent Wayne out the next morning and he came and fixed it the right way! Thank you guys so much! They saved us from having to spend a lot of money on a new one. Will definitely be using them again!!!

Very nice and professional. Upfront with all possible costs for the repair and they only replaced what needed fixed. Will 100% use this company again and have already recommended them to family if they need appliance repair.

I called this company because my washer flooded I spoke with a very nice lady named Tammy who helped me to direct my problem. The company came out to diagnosis the washer and then ordered the part to fix it. It took three days for the part to ship and they fixed it immediately. In all the repair man named Jeff was very helpful towards any future advice about washer problems. Highly recommend this company!!

I called two times, No one bothered to call back. The second time I called the lady said that she will send the repair man (Jeff) the message. I know it was close to the holidays and I didn't need m washer repaired ASAP, but at least a courtesy call to tell me to set a schedule or that they were behind would have been nice, I went with a competitor and was very pleased and will use them from no on. Calls were made on 12/21 and 12/22.
