Reviews of local pros in Valrico, Florida

I typically never write reviews but I wanted to point out what a pleasant, knowledgeable employee you have in Jasper. He truly does an excellent job representing your company and will definitely use 5 Star again and will definitely refer you to anyone that needs a plumber.

Jose is very personable and extremely professional. His knowledge and explanations of everything was worth the money in itself. He will be my go to plumber from here on out. I had a bad pipe on my water heater that needed to be changed and he got it he job done no problem.

I called 5 Star Plumbing And Drains in the morning. I spoke to Jose who was able to fit my mother in law in for her water heater since she had only cold water coming out of the faucet. He was very professional and explained to me what was going on with my water heater. I will be using him again when I have another plumbing issue. I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing And Drains.

Jose is a lifesaver! My husband & I just relocated to Tampa & we needed a plumber fast. Our new home is already having plumbing issues & we were scrambling to find someone on a Sunday morning. Jose answered my call right away & was so kind on the phone. He came over right away. He explained everything to us about the issues & offered amazing service. We highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing to everyone. They really are a 5 star company & that is hard to find these days.

Upgraded Builder toilets were not doing the job, called 5 Star out to evaluate the toilets. He indicated they were fine for what there were but if we wanted a better, longer lasting toilet he recommended the Gerber two piece toilet. We decided to upgarde two instead of the original one. They came in and did the work quickly, cleanly and gave us a credit for the prior visit! Thank you! Will recommend and use you for any future plumbing needs.

Jose’s work is excellent as he installed a new kitchen faucet and he disposed of the old one. He is prompt and courteous and conscientious. I would highly recommend for any plumbing issues.

Jose with 5-Star was awesome today. He showed quick, was extremely knowledgeable and super professional. Today we just had a water heater replacement but we plan to have him support our bigger needs as well. Whatever the size of the job, you will be super pleased to call Jose with 5-Star!!

Jose was very professional and courteous. Response time was fast and same day service on a Sunday. Price was fair and job was completed efficiently. I would highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing. I will be using them for my future plumbing needs for sure.

Jose was a pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We had a drain issue and he made it seem easy. He took the time on a Saturday afternoon to help us troubleshoot the issue over the phone. He showed up on time and was willing to show us what was going on and explain how he was going to work on it. I really appreciate how upfront and transparent he is about his pricing, which seems more than reasonable when you consider the high quality of the work he does. We will definitely be calling Jose again for any plumbing issues and would highly recommend him.

Jose was incredibly helpful in scheduling and giving me an approximate cost for the work needed. He showed up right on time an had the problem fixed in less than an hour. The customer service was excellent and he was willing to answer all my questions, demostrating his knowledge and professionalism in his field.

They are so amazing. Jose has done several jobs for us and his work is top notch. We won’t call anyone else for our plumbing services. He is the best and has very reasonable pricing. I recommend 100%

Jose showed up promptly at the time that he had given me prior over the phone and was able to quickly diagnose that we had a leak and provided me with a lot of good information and resources to get it fixed. Hundred percent would recommend!

Great service from initial phone call to job completion. Jose is friendly, knowledgeable, and straight to the point about the problem, solution, and cost estimate without unnecessary upselling.

We will be scheduling with him again for our plumbing needs.

Fast and professional service. I called and within 2 days he came and installed the water heater. Highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing and Drains

Jose did a great job on short notice. The plumbing under our sink looks much better. We had a new countertop and kitchen sink installed. The sink is deeper than the previous one, so connecting was a complicated issue. I definitely would recommend 5 Star Plumbing!
