Awesome! We are new to the area and I called on a Saturday. They were busy with an install but, had someone come out after. Lowton is now my HVAC service company. They came highly recommended from several local Facebook groups.

A Team AC came through when no one else would – our AC died on the hottest day of the year and they squeezed us in same day. The tech, Mike, was a lifesaver – fixed it fast and even showed me how to change the filter properly. No upsells, just honest work.

No, nope, nada. Stated expensive problems that weren't there when another company assessed. They also showed me pictures that weren't my unit.
Vacuumed the drain line and it still didn't work. Was going to send another guy out later to replace a supposed part with another big charge. Also, they wanted payment to be made out to another company name other than A Team, and wanted full payment before the work was done. Not sure what was up with that. I canceled the service and called someone else.
Call it intuition, bad vibe, whatever. Moved on.
