I had a wonderful experience working with Scott, the owner of My AC Guy Heating and Cooling. Not only was he professional and efficient, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain how to properly maintain my unit on my own—something you don’t often receive from most service providers. It’s evident that he genuinely cares about helping customers, not just fixing the problem and moving on.

His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and the time he dedicated to educating me. If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable HVAC assistance, Scott is your guy.

Scott responded quickly to our air handler motor that failed. Once the parts had arrived, his response to our home was prompt. He communicated well and updated us during the downtime. I would give him a call again if needed.

A huge thank you to Scott for coming out and replacing a proprietary UV light system that had us stuck with a company that was pricing their bulbs out of market value.

Scott is simply amazing!
We called a few weekends ago when our AC wasn't cooling effectively. He was at our house within the hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was out a few days later to replace the evaporator coil. His communication is the best! He responds very quickly to calls/texts and is always willing to answer questions and explain details. His prices are great too! He is our new go to AC guy!

Scott came out within an hour on a Saturday and took care of my system! He then taught me what I needed to do twice a year to keep this problem from reoccurring. Very fair price; no upselling! He was honest about the age of the system and warned us it may go out in the next few years.

After we paid we had a few more questions and he showed us tips and tricks to keep out house more cool! We will be calling him the next time and recommending him to friends and family! Best service!

He took the time to explain and show me the issues he found and gave me really good options to repair my current system or replace it with a new one.
