They replaced my icemaker. There was good communication regarding my appointment times and who my repairman would be. They sent me a photo of him. Wyatt was very professional and explained the procedure to me. He did a great job. I would definitely call them again.

Frank was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem. Everything you could want in a repair man.

Wadler, the tech who came out to look out of RV Fridge was very professional. We weren't even sure how to get the fridge out to replace the compressor and was patient and helped me figure it out. He came back as he wasn't satisfied with the freon and came the next morning to recharge it. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and their staff.

Jason is wonderful! I live out of town and my elderly mom needed her dryer fixed. Jason showed up on time (in fact early), called her, explained in detail the issues and made sure she felt "heard" and comfortable. Mr. Appliance was sent by the manufacturer to fix an automatic door opener on the freezer, and 'maintenance free' (i.e. not consumer serviceable) lights in the fridge. The technician (Jason) arrived on time, explained how the opener mechanism worked and a simple defrost took care of it! On a second call, he replaced the lights in about 15min. The lights were a bit tricky to get at, but Jason was knowledgeable and resolved the issue in about 15min. Professional reliable service!

I am disappointed with the service I had from Mr. Appliance. Their website stated they work and repair LG appliances. When the technician came and looked at the unit be told me that the compressor was bad (5 minutes of work $129). Since the compressor is under warranty I was under the assumption they would work with LG to get the part and install it. No, that wasn’t the case they told me it would cost $400+ for the parts and $600 for labor. Are you kidding? No attempt at customer service, just a complete scam. Avoid…I am disappointed to have been treated like nothing but an ATM

I am so happy that my washing machine is now working. Even though it took 2 trips, Jason made the work easy and painless. The first trip was to diagnose the problem and then second was to install the part that had to be ordered. Jason came early the second time and left in time for me to make my early morning appointment. I would definitely recommend and use appliance guy again.

I called a lot of other places and they all told me they couldn’t work on my oven because it was gas I didn’t have that problem with this company they were fast and let me know immediately what was wrong and how much it would cost they got the parts in fast and the technician that came out was very nice the price was reasonable for the fix and I couldn’t be happier another plus was that they guaranteed the work for a year I will definitely be using them again!!

Adding the name since the response was right and the appointment wasn't made by me it was made under Quigley, Colleen and invoice 9293220. I have them come to check my dishwasher that it wasn't working, someone came and he started Just pouring water in it, he never took it out or me measured any voltage no nothing, then Just 15 min later he said it was the turbidity sensor, an expensive part, I didn't get the part it was too much, but I have to pay the 120 visit just to having him poured water, then I decided to to research on my own, I took it out, and the inlet valve wasn't getting any power I follow the current, and it was the inverter motor, and 30 part, so I ordered the part and changed it myself, Thanks for nothing.
