Constraction reviews in Vero Beach, Florida

MyFloridaRoofing did an outstanding job changing our shingles to a beautiful new metal roof. It was all done in three days. John & his crew were terrific. They cleaned everything up at the end of each day. Everyone on the MyFlorida team is great, Doug in Sales, John C running the crew, Alicia at the office. John took 75 to 100 pictures each day of the progress on the roof. I highly recommend the company if you are looking at a new roof.

An amazing experience, starting with my salesperson, Doug, who was knowledgeable, professional, and available for any questions or concerns I had on the project. Once the work began, the efficiency of my foreman, Victor's crew legitimately shocked me. I had seen other roofers work in my neighborhood, and was concerned I'd get stuck with a loud, messy, unprofessional crew of hacks. I could not have hoped for a better outcome. Victors guys were focused, professionals who worked quickly, quietly, and with great attention to detail.
For something a big as a roof replacement, you expect to be impressed, what you don't expect, is to find yourself wishing you had another roof somewhere that needs replacing! That's how much of a pleasure it was doing business with these people. The owner, Rene, and my salesperson, Doug, even showed up on the day of the job to observe and fine-tune! -Who does that??? Anyway, my new roof looks GREAT, and came in on-budget. I'm giving My Florida Roofing Contractor just five stars because there's no option for six or seven. -Shout out to Maxine and Alicia in the front office for your outreach during the process. I could not be happier with the result.

Replacing my roof was a big decision for me. I am glad I chose My Florida Roofing Contractor...as the value of my home is greater, my home insurance payments are lower and therefore my mortgage payment is more affordable each month... plus, knowing that my seamless metal roof will last decades, my family and I feel safer. Sean S. was my sales representative, and he was well prepared, helpful and very knowledgeable. MFRC took care of everything, permits and even scheduled inspections with the county. I didn't have to do anything. Renee, John, and Victor were also very involved on-site.... thanks to the roof crew as well for all their hard work.

I just got a new roof from Sean Shanahan from My Florida Roofing that is beautiful & the work was done quickly & without any fuss. The roofing crew, led by John Santella, was professional, & they cleaned up the work site & their tools at the end of each work day. I can’t recommend them enough. Great job guys!!

I was happy and very grateful for the excellent work these people did. I truly recommend them. Before, my house was very hot, especially in the garage. They installed Solar Vent, and now my garage isn't as hot. I've been able to notice the difference, and I'm very grateful to them. They are very professional people. I liked the way they treated me, and what I liked most was the kindness of the boss, who was always attentive to the work being done.

I want to shout it from the roof top (on my beautiful new standing seam roof) of how incredible my experience was with My Florida Roofing Contractor. They’re local, reputable, highly proficient in their craft, and extremely competitive with pricing. Plus, they were accessible, answered every question I had and alleviated all my concerns. I was even able to speak directly with the owner Rene.. when does that ever happen with a contractor?! If you’re in need of a reroof, roof repairs, or general exterior work, DO NOT hesitate to hire My Florida Roofing Contractor. You won’t be disappointed. My roof was completed to perfection and they went above and beyond with careful attention to every detail including the flashing, drip edge, and proper ridge ventilation. The pics of the new roof say it all.. no need for me to shout!

We started with Joe, our salesman. His kindness was the reason we went with this company. He has been there every step of the way and kept me informed of everything. I could reach out to him anytime and and he had an answer within minutes. He even showed up within minutes of the roof being completed to make sure I was pleased. A real gem! Our installer Isaac was beyond professional. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and answered all of my questions. His crew did an amazing job and left my property cleaner than when they arrived. I was amazed when I drove around the corner to see my roof completed!! If you are looking for no nonsense, fast turnaround, professional staff, and a roof to be proud of for years to come...... My Florida Roofing is the company to choose!
Thank you Joe,Isaac, and crew !!!

Everyone with Florida roofing were fabulous, polite, kind, considerate, and helpful. The guys that installed my roof were wonderful I am so pleased with my new roof they also when they were done went around with a magnet several times making sure they had all the nails up out of the ground picked up all debris you would have never known that they didn't even been here. I recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof or any repairs they are a wonderful wonderful group of people.

Excellent contractor of indian river county builds the best homes

Croom takes years to accomplish their work, I have found them to not meet my values.

I have worked with Croom for over 15yrs as a materials provider. High end custom construction at it's best! Family owned company doing business with family owned businesses!

Best Site Contractor & Excavation Contractor in town... They are fast, skilled, honest, fair & friendly! They are well established, and are fully licensed & insured.

I loved interacting with these guys. It was amazing. I would for sure recommend them to everyone

Non responsive, I called a number of times and every time I was told someone would call me back shortly. That never happened. Was disappointed.

The only asphalt company around to actually show up when expected and complete the job in a timely manner at a good price. I will absolutely use them again if the need arises. Matt is great!

Dependable, fast , honest service

Great company to work with. Have done multiple jobs w them and have been satisfied every time.

Many contractors in Vero but only one A1A. Rick and his very talented crew are Vero's best of the best. Excellent work, clean, knowledgeable a just a bunch of Professional help when you need it. And, they are very affordable.

Get a price quote FIRST!!! Laid 40 feet of wire on the outside of my house to my pergola and put 3 outlet boxes. Could have easily been done by one person. Because he sent 2 guys...he is charging me $180.00/hr with them claiming it took 2 guys 9.5 hours to do the job. $1,600.00 Beware...WAY overpriced.

Had a great experience with Rick and his employees doing electric work at our home. He was really responsive, arrived when scheduled, performed quality work and his prices were reasonable. Would recommend them for sure.

Extremely epic
