I recently purchased a LifeStyle Home in December 2017. Suncoast Electric did all the electric work in the home. It's not very often that you work with a company with good old fashioned customer service values. When you find it - there's always one person that sets the tone and that's Cassandra.

After I moved in, we decided to make some changes to the under-cabinet lighting. Cassandra paid attention to every detail and really ensured some of the extra work they did for me was done right. The under cabinet lighting looks absolutely amazing (not to mention the rest of the lighting in the house).

John and Mark were terrific. Respectful and listened carefully to the complex set of problems we were happening and John came up with a possible diagnosis very quickly and we were all fixed up in record time. We were very impressed.

First to provide a quote, by far the best price, showed up early, went to work and completed the job in less time than expected. Cleaned up after themselves and were totally professional.

There was a misunderstanding about the FPL permitting process and the original scope of work. The permits delayed the job from Nov to Feb, then it was cancelled, altogether because it was unnecessary work afterall, or so I believed. I was confused when the crew showed up unexpectedly to work afterall, but after speaking to Kelly, the Manager/owner, we were finally able to resolve the problem and get everything straightened out. They do good work and I would recommend them to others as long as you are sure to clarify what exactly is to be done and when.

Andrew and Adam did an excellent job. They showed up early, addressed the problem and solved it. I then added a request that was not related to the first problem. I ask them to write down instructions I could tape inside my electrical box to help me remember how to run my generator. They were so helpful. All Suncoast Electric, Inc. can be proud to have Andrew and Adam as employees. Thank you.

I feel it's important to know that I take great care to provide accurate and meaningful reviews. I've had the pleasure of using the services of all suncoast on multiple occasions to do a variety of services and they were always amazing. I built a very large house and we hand picked very heavy and complicated light fixtures and every electrician that came out to work on the projects did amazing work and adapted to any challenge faced. We had one light that weighed in at a nearly 300lbs and they were able to get into the rafters and build in a support brackets above the ceiling to hold the weight. I recently had them in to install a new light in our office and it was another great job well done and the customer service is all top notch. It's a real pleasure to have Pro's come in and do excellent work. They get my highest recommendation!

Our roof got damaged by a hailstorm earlier this year and needed to be replaced. This required removing our solar panels and reinstalling them after the new roof was in place. We hired All Suncoast Electric to do this. They did a good job of carefully removing the solar panels and reinstalling them. However, this company has difficulty finding roofers to install racks for the solar panels, and as a result they took almost two months to reinstall them. So the panels were not producing electricity for about two months, and we ended up having to pay over $400 in additional electric bills. We will probably not hire them again.

This is my 3rd time using All Suncoast for electrical issues. Every appointment is confined with a call the previous day, they have been on time and completed all repairs. Each of the repairmen have been friendly, polite and professional, as well as their prices being extremely fair. Today John and Drew helped with a switch issue finding it was run backwards in the wall which they corrected for me. Never have I had anyone here for home repairs that included sweeping up and vacuuming their work area prior to leaving. I can’t say enough good things!

This business did a great job on some work we had done at Mom's house. The tech was polite, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after the work was done. The quote was fair and the work completed without any issues. I highly recommend this business and we will use them again as needed. All Suncoast installed my solar when the house was built (I am the 2nd owner), and has serviced my system for the past 5 years since I purchased the home. Over 3 weeks ago, I had an issue with the right inverter box giving me an error message and 1/2 the system was "down" and not producing energy. They came out and tried to reset the system, to no avail. Since then I have called numerous times, and emailed numerous times, and have received ZERO response, like they simply do not want to deal with it. The last time they replied, they said "did we install your system?".... They have plenty of history and know full well that they installed my system and have serviced it ever since.

Anyhow, I will not be using these people ever again for my solor OR the generator that they installed. Pitiful service from these people, just pitiful. I do not recommend using All Suncoast.

Update: the owner's reply is incorrect. Their technician TRIED to reset my system, but was unable to do it. So, I contacted the manufacturer and went through the steps myself to reset it. It now works fine and has NOTHING to do with getting up on the roof. Incorrect all the way around. After over 3 weeks of them not getting back to me I took the matter into my own hands. I have documented their non-response after their failed reset attempt.

Matt and Cory are extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I will say their professionalism eliminated my stresses. The attention to details and the way they communicated as a team was impressive to say the least. Extremely satisfied!
