I would love to have used this company, however, after coming to give us an estimate, Larry said someone would call us in a couple of weeks. No one called us to schedule

I have used Jimmy 's Tree Service for many years. They always do a very professional job of trimming my palms and oaks. I highly recommend this company.

Beware Seniors and others. This company will come to your home, uninvited, trim your trees, and send you a bill. I did not approve of Jimmy's Tree Service trimming my trees, for a price three times the amount of other tree servicers, yet they are sending me a bill. No verbal or written contract. Beware.

Complete rip off!! This guy completely price gouged my 74 year old mother. $600 to prune 2 palm trees and (not even completely) remove a small bush? My mom hasn’t had to have anyone come out to the house to do any work since my dad passed, and this guy took COMPLETE advantage. When we called him, he said he would come back and try and work something out because that is obviously ridiculous. No call no show. Hoping this review will help resolve the issue.

Came out 2 weeks earlier due to change. Did an excellent job and cleaned up everything before noon. Great personality from Sergio...you get what you pay for. Best by far in the area. Thank you Jimmie's Tree Service...

Jimmy is a nice fellow. He came to our condominium and gave us a bid to do significant work. We accepted his bid. He reneged on his bid. I would not recommend his company. Do not use his company if you want reliable work.

Did a great job. Cleaned up very well behind themselves. There are seeds left behind but can't possibly expect them to find them all. They took down a 40+ foot Bismark palm that was within 10 feet of our house. No damages. Hauled all of the tree and fronds away, ground the stump and raked up. Price was very reasonable considering the size of the tree and the closeness to our home. We were concerned that the winds would blow it into our home.

They showed up on time, they worked carefully a giant limb over my roof from a live oak. They showed me where the three had been improperly trimmed and fixed it. They are arborist . They cleaned up nice the estimator showed up on the job to make sure things went well. I wished everyone I hired had these qualities.

Very professional organization from initial contact, estimate, office staff to tree removal crew to stump grinding crew. Everything done in a timely manner, quick, careful and complete. Would recommend for any work you need done.

Larry, Doug and his crew did an awesome job! I couldn't ask for better service. They fell a huge dying oak tree without any problem. It was close to our house and our power line. They handled it in a timely manner and were very professional in the process. Thank you!

My neighbor had a large amount of tree work done by this outfit. They asked to come on our property to better do this job, promising to be professionals and clean up anything they damaged. We agreed to let them. They backed over our small orange tree braking it clean off and leaving deep ruts from the road to the back of our yard with a crane truck, they also cut my cable line knocking my cable and internet completely out. Larry and the crew from Jimmy's came out and resolved all these issues in a timely and professional manner. Thank you to the team at Jimmy's.

Excellent salesperson, knowledgeable and experienced (Larry). I got lucky and was able to get my service work done within week of quote, pretty good considering they are normally 2-3 weeks out in scheduling, they're busy! I had a 3 person tree crew on job (one pruner + 2 helpers). Will was our tree pruner, he did a great job and takes direction well while using his artistry. He limbed up and opened up the canopy on four live oaks on our property. Decent clean-up at end. Job took part of two days. Would use again!

We had two old large live oaks cut back off the house before storm season starts. Very happy with the work and clean up. Highly recommend.

However be careful if you have lights out in your yard. Mine got destroyed. Trees look great though.

They thinned the trees and raised the canopies on 3 large oak trees. Last year we saved a bundle by hiring some guy "Hoti" or something and boy did that job suck! Second time we've gone with Jimmie's and both times very satisfied. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive out of 3 quotes, but well worth it!

Jimmy's Tree Service provided outstanding service from the estimate, through the major trimming/removal, and through the haul away and clean-up. They even assisted in identifying raccoons in a palm tree that were removed that day by a wildlife biologist. All of the folks were professional, competent, skilled, industrious, and cordial. They communicated a few issues during the service that really helped me make decisions as the homeowner. They worked safely all day. They did a beautiful job and I am thrilled with the results!!

Jimmy's crew just finished our tree trimming job. We have a 30' tall Queen's Crape Myrtle tree that needed a Certified Arborist's knowledge to do it right and not damage the tree.

Everyone's attitudes, aptitudes, and attention to detail was superb. And we are REALLY thrilled with the quality of job that they provided, both in the quoting/customer relationship process with Rory (who also showed up ahead of time to brief the crew on what we needed) — and then for Alex and his crew when they trimmed, shaped and cleaned up afterward. A+!

Our neighbors were all eyes. Any of them who witnessed the professionalism of this crew will be calling Jimmy's from now on.
