I have been extremely satisfied with Jack’s complete tree service. Following hurricane Milton and the tornadoes I had significant tree damage. I made the call for service. They were on top of it within a matter of days and dispatched the entire job with speed, accuracy and congeniality. They were neat and tidy, cleaned up the mess and did exactly what I asked them to do in areas that could be troubling for the future. The price was extremely reasonable and I’m very thankful for that as well. Georgia was a doll and worked with me on the phone.They removed the piles of debris on the front lawn in a timely manner. I will definitely call them again as their price was excellent.

We’ve used Jack’s 2 times now and have always been pleased. All employees are so professional and friendly. Brad runs a great business and Georgia is awesome also! She communicated with me every step of the way. They are fair and professional and I couldn’t ask for better service.

We are in the process of buying a new home. The massive oaks on the property needed to be cut back from the roof for insurance purposes. Brad and his crew not only provided a quick estimate but also submitted before and after pictures for the adjuster. They have solidified another return customer.

Jack's Complete Tree does a great job! They removed 2 large Sylvester Palms as well as other work on my property. They ground them down so you can't even tell where the stumps were. They have also done work for our HOA and the community has been pleased with all their work.

I highly recommend Jack's Tree Service. Brad and Cindy managed the removal of two large Laurel Oaks from my yard. The trees were wilting and at the end of their life. Brad recommended removal but also suggested getting a second opinion. I contacted UF/IFSA and Division of Forestry and they confirmed the recommendation for removal. They took great care to protect my home and cleaned all debris. Great company and even better people!

Jacks complete tree service!

I hired jacks to clean up my property. They trimmed approximately 500 trees. The communication with Georgia in the office and Brad the owner has been nothing but exceptional. The employees were courteous and very professional. Great job and I highly recommend!

I don’t typically write reviews but had to in this case. I have to applaud Jacks for the incredible job they did trimming and removal of debris. They made our full oaks look mature and stately, the way they should after all those years of providing shade. Jacks crew cares and have a genuine caring attitude as if it was their home they were beautifying. There pricing was not the lowest I received but for about 10% more they delivered top of the market service. Thank you Jacks we will use you again.

Bill runs a top notch tree service with 1st Rate Tree Service. Took down a massive oak that was on it's last legs, we didn't think it would make it through the next hurricane season. You can see in the image that water had seeped down the center of the trunk, compromising the tree. A huge trunk branch fell a couple months ago and almost damaged the house. When I was finally able to have the resources to have Bill and his crew take this tree down they did it in no time at all! Great service, will definitely use them again! Even our neighbor came out and was praising 1st Rate from when they used them in the past!

My HOA employed this company to remove invasive mature, ficus trees, along with other invasive trees. They were careful not to destroy anything and were very conscientious. I recommend.
