Thank you to Scott and Floyd for coming out so quickly to fix my bathroom sink. They were here when they said they would be, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done perfectly! I can't recommend them enough!

Over-priced and disrespectful of customers! Staff plumber showed up at the house smoking a cigarette, making it difficult for me to breathe. When I asked him to put it out, he left in a huff and refused to do the job. When I asked owner, John Oliver, to rectify the situation, he stood up for the employee and called me unflattering names. This is not a very professional outfit.

Edit/Translation of Oliver's response below: "[E]rratic verbal attack" and "unstable behavior" is Oliver-speak for requesting to stop polluting my property with toxic cigarette smoke. "[G]ave chase and followed him back to our Office" is Oliver-speak for visited office 5 minutes later to address employee behavior with owner. "[M]ade another scene" is Oliver-speak for attempting to address issue. "[T]hreatened with Law Enforcement" is a true statement that I should have mentioned in the original review. Yes, Oliver Plumbing not only breached the contract, but also made or threatened to make a false police report. Do you really want them in your house?

Had 8 apartments waiting for water to be shut off all day. They never came or contacted me in 2hr window or an hour after that. Hour after apptmt time called said be another they another 45min to hour. Raised price by 30% over the quoted price. They couldn't have cared less about losing business.
