Excellent communication, from my sales rep Hanna, to the pre-work walkthrough with Maria, to Rick, the site foreman.
My existing roof was only twelve years old, but I had a feeling there was hidden damage, after repairing a small leak myself.
Upon tear-off, they found extensive water damage along the gutter line.
They ended up replacing 17 sheets of plywood, and 146 feet of fascia board.
The crew worked twelve hours on day one, drying-in the roof for inspection, and came back the following day and knocked out the whole roof in 4 hours, and reinstalled my roof fan at no charge !
My roof looks beautiful, and I know it will last for a long time !

Can't say enough good things about this company! Everything was explained completely, work started ahead of schedule, the crew arrived early and worked straight through each day. They were very careful about our trees and plants, and when they finished, they cleaned up everything. In just two days we had a beautiful new roof! They've made follow-up calls to be sure we were satisfied. We absolutely recommend them to anyone needed a new roof.

OUTSTANDING experience from the consultation until the last panel was installed. Sean came with his knowledge of the project and a simple to understand explanation of what to expect. Very informative but not pushy. Waited to hear from me. I did my due diligence and got 8 estimates. Although not the cheapest My Florida and Sean presented themselves as the most professional. And Sean was the ONLY ONE who said they would be able to save my gutters saving me money.
Now for John the project manager and his crew. My home is 50’x60’ and they did the job in 2 days. John is not a “you guys need to do this “ project manager but instead a “let me help you with that “ project manager. Those guys never stopped

My Florida roofing is an amazing company to deal with. The recently redid our roof from shingles to standing seem metal roof. It looks amazing. I got roughly about 10 quotes from the top roofers in Indian river county and they help educate me and showed me different options of material's for the new roof. Their team came in and stripped reroof the entire home in about week to do great weather. They strip and relapse before any rain could hit the exposed material. Rene and Maxine are such a pleasure to deal with. The are very upfront about everything and every detail that you speak with Rene about is backed up with written documentation so you know and see exactly what you are paying for. They also show and explain the different options to add on if you choose to. They are very quick to respond and answer any questions you may have in a timely matter. No doubt in my mind did I make the right decision going with My Florida Roofing. I recommend and would you use them again for any future projects. This was my first time with having a new roof put on our house and my experience with My Florida Roofing couldn’t have gone smoother. I met with Sean Shanahan and he guided me through the whole process and was very patient with my many questions. Once on site, the crew immediately went to work. Sean kept me updated on the progress as well as the site supervisor. They cleaned up any debris throughout each day during the process. I had a great experience dealing with this company. I must admit that at fist I was hesitant to start the process of searching for a roofing contractor, but these guys made it as stress free as possible.

From the start, the salesperson Dan put my mind at ease. He was not pushy, answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. He simplified all the details from material options (shingle or metal) to the extended warranty. Laying out difference in materials, and the pros and cons of each. Cost wise all of the options were very reasonable.

John communicated with me each step of the process (from pre-inspection to letting me know when the work was going to start).

Once the work stated, Victor and his team had great demeanor and they completed the roof install with all of the required inspections in 2 days! I was amazed! They did a great job. Dan even stopped by to make sure everything was going well.

Now, that's not to say everything was perfect. The company that delivers the materials had some hiccups, but Dan, John and Ben handled the situations quickly and professionally.

If you're in the market for a new roof, I recommend adding this company to the list of the contractors you speak with as part of the research process.

The sales and site manager were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Likewise for the construction crew. The roofing repairs, shingle installation, and overall workmanship was excellent. The work was completed in two days without any delay. Care was taken to protect landscaping, driveway and sidewalks. Cleanup was very thorough. The price was very good and right on estimate .

Felix and Maria, picked up the phone immediately and always answered my questions. The owner Rene was on site frequently looking over the job. Great company. Excellent communications throughout the project, they kept to the schedule, superior workmanship and a very good price. Also, the roof they sell is rated for at least 170 mph winds, this is much better than other metal roofs we looked at. We went for all new fascia metal and soffit covers. If you're replacing the roof this is an inexpensive add-on that will have your house completely new down to the walls.

From the moment I decided to put on a metal roof, signing the contract, until the final delivery, it was an unparalleled experience. Everyone was very kind, honest, and humanitarian. Very professional, each in their respective roles. Their punctuality upon arriving at my home was also impressive. The way everyone, and I mean everyone, treated my brother and me. Their personal presentation was impeccable. At the end of the day, they left everything completely clean and organized for the next day. It took two days of hard work under a strong sun. Isaac Davila and his team did a beautiful job on my workshop roof. It was in terrible condition. The team worked diligently to reinforce the structure- their attention to detail is evident in the craftmanship. There was consistent communication and updates about every phase of the rebuild. I highly recommend them for expert quality work.

Just completed a new roof and our experience was outstanding in every respect. Starting with sales (Dan), followed by on site project management (John), and continuous monitoring by the owner (Rene) during the project phase, communication was excellent. Work quality was top notch and speedy. These guys really know what they are doing and they worked together like a well coached team. Rene has assembled a great team over the past 8-10 years…I first used him for some hurricane repair in 2017.

It’s hard to argue that there is a better value anywhere on the Treasure Coast when you consider quality, speed, pricing, and communication. Congrats Rene on building a wonderful business.

I give My Florida Roofing a five star review. The crew did a great job and the Roofing Supervisor of Victor was on point the whole way. Rene The owner was with me the whole process answering any questions I may have or anything else. Maxine and Alicia and the rest of the office staff were very helpful and courteous. This is the second roof that they have done for me, this time I didn’t even get other quotes, my roof is over 3000 sq feet. I cannot say a bad thing about the whole experience except for dealing with the insurance company lol. Once again, highly recommended five stars.
