Sylvia and her team were so professional and a pleasure to work with! We are so satisfied with how clean our home is - they went above and beyond and even cleaned things we would have never expected them to (like our son’s highchair). As parents with full time jobs and a very active be curious one year old, we have no time for spring cleaning - and we are so happy we hired Sylvia and her team to help keep our space clean and organized!

Sylvia and her crew were fantastic. My friend bought a condo at pelican point and it was cleaned prior to buying, but not as good as we would have liked it. I recommend if your looking for deep clean and a great customer service to use INS cleaning service. Thank you again.

This cleaning service was spectacular! I had a deep cleaning done to our rental condo in Pelican Pointe and with 2 and sometimes 3 ladies for 5 hrs. it sparkles. They washed every baseboard, nick and corner, woodwork, doors and all the painted wicker furniture inside and outside of each piece. Vacuumed all the lamp shades, furniture cushions both sides, moved furniture to clean behind, washed all tile floors, and vacuumed area rugs. I cannot recommend Sylvia and her company high enough. Now that my unit has been deep cleaned I intend to have I & S Cleaning Services back every 2-3 weeks for the remainder of our stay.

I have used private and company owned businesses in order to clean my home in the past. Until now I have never been satisfied with the other people. This company goes far beyond in satisfying the customer. They completed more than expected. I will be using this company for a long time. Try them you'll love the result. I would never do it again. I payed 300 us for a deep cleaning of 3 hours. Just wasted my money in a crew of 3 ladies where only one was really working!!
They focused in things already cleaned by the tenant. Windows a disaster, sliding doors a disaster, dust all over on top corners, they’d didn’t the carpets despite they smelled dog urine, forget behind furniture dirt.. disgusting! In addition disrespecting me after complaining to the owner. The owner gave me 1 free hour and the results were almost the same. One lady really cleaning hard the other 2 looking or acting to clean. Never contract these guys.

I just have to say—I absolutely love I&S Cleaning Services! Sylvia and Ali are incredible when it comes to scheduling. They’re always flexible and work around what’s best for your time. The ladies who come to clean are so kind, professional, and thorough. My home always looks spotless and smells amazing after they leave.

They usually send 2–3 team members who spend a solid 2–3 hours doing a full top-to-bottom clean. Affordable, reliable, and consistent—everything you want in a cleaning service. Thank you for always taking such great care of our home! Highly recommend 💛✨

Had this company a few years and referred neighbors also. I would call her to make an appointment when needed. This past month called 4 times and left messages, no return calls. Not very reliable

Clarissa did an amazing job on my rental property! Even though it was empty she wiped down all the walls, baseboards and windows until everything was shining! The appliances look brand new and the house smells so clean! I highly recommend her!

I love everything about this place! Amazing cakes, pies, ice cream and iced coffee! The grill has a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinners!!! The nursery is also full of beautiful reasonably priced plants. So happy I found this place!

We ate dinner tonight at the grill. The 2 for $20 special. It was not worth $20. I had blackened Cod and mashed potatoes. The Cod was very dry, and the mashed potatoes were ice cold. I asked for tarter sauce. They did not have any. I ended up putting ketsup on my fish. There was no Diet Coke either.
My husband had lasagna. He said it was ok. I tasted it, and it was passable. The top was burnt, and it was also dry. Could have used more sauce.
We went there tonight because of the ad on Facebook. Most of the items listed on the ad for today were not served. The whole experience was very disappointing.

We love strolling through the nursery and choosing plants for our garden. Their cafe lunch fare has never disappointed, and it’s so nice to eat breakfast in the beautiful outdoors while sipping Mimosas.
