Owner Jim Swanson at Absolute Air is the best! He did extensive research on a house call to locate the previous owner's A/C permit and found the part was covered. Fast forward a couple years and I needed a new unit, so I called Absolute Air. They were, by far, the fairest price. Jim and his crew were very professional and friendly. It is absolutely the best service. Came right away had our AC fixed super fast. The bill was reasonable also. And, two of the nicest men you could ever meet. Saved their number to recommend them to everyone.

Quick response to my text about the AC unit. Guys servicing the unit were knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I recommend this company.

Great Service and a friendly crew to replace our Air Conditioner.

Had Jim out after receiving a ridiculously high bid from the big local company. The price was astronomically better, much more affordable. They came out to fix our AC within a week after approval, and it is blowing fast and icy cold for the first time in I don’t even know how long.

Dustin and Sam were very kind and personable, even let my toddlers take a peek behind the curtain. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great people, great company!

We noticed water coming out of the tray where the filter goes. My husband called Absolute Air and asked them to check it out. Meanwhile we were on our way out of town but they went over and got it taken care of.
We’re pretty lucky they came so quickly or we might have needed a new AC unit.

Jim and Team worked hard to complete my AC swap.. old to new,,, Jim and Team ran into some issues but stayed the course and saw everything through to completion. We just purchased a new home and found the system was very dirty and outside unit was on an unstable pad. Jim and his team got us all cleaned up and installed a new pad for unit.
