Great! Our AC stopped working on the weekend, and Warner came out within an hour. Was so nice and professional. Knowledgeable but not condescending! Made sure we understood what the problem was, his suggested course of action, and the price. He also gave us some tips on easy maintenance we can do ourselves to keep it in good shape.

I spoke to him Monday evening and the next morning Warner, Jose's son and partner came and quickly and efficiently assessed and repaired my ac unit. When our air conditioning unit went, my husband called Mission Air Conditioning on a recommendation from our neighbor. Werner was personable, courteous and professional, and answered our many questions with patience and knowledge. We did get a few quotes from other companies and Mission was by far the best value. Werner helped us with financing and our unit was installed a few days later. My family was very pleased with Mission Air Conditioning and will continue to use them for our AC maintenance needs! Call Mission..you won’t regret it! UPDATE: Our unit needed maintenance and Werner was unresponsive to us for weeks. We finally had to call another air conditioning company. I’m glad we did. The technician did a much more thorough maintenance job. Very disappointed in the follow up from Mission.

Warner is the best - he was able to come same-day to provide a quote, which came in lower than other comparable estimates. He was then able to install the following day. Warner and his team were courteous , efficient, and did great work. He’ll be our first call again for repair. Thank you!

Wow! What great service came by the first day and 2 days later a whole new unit. So nice and polite, and not bad looking. Warner and Dad are great folks. Very reasonable and did not leave a mess. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning service. Thank you again Mission Air.

Great experience with Mission Air Conditioning! We scheduled them to come to check our system and clean the coils. After inspecting everything and helping me problem solve an issue with my control panel, he was honest and said we did not need a coil cleaning! He didn't even charge us for his visit or time. We will definitely be using their services in the future if needed!

Ok... if you can get a call back... Sign up for a "maintenance plan" and then they never return or call you back for weeks. Not good business. I'll take my money elsewhere. Good luck getting a call back.
