Tampa AC Services did a great job 👍🏻. They came in and took the time to troubleshoot the problem. Once it was found, an interim solution was done so I had AC during the weekend. The unit was installed as they have scheduled. Came in on time and didn't rush out the door. Definitely I recommend them. They're local which is convenient. Great work. Will keep them as my regular AC Techs. 🙂

Mark came out on a Sunday (holiday weekend) when all the other companies I contacted told me Wednesday was the earliest appointment.
Mark fixed the problem quickly and his prices were great as well.

We came home from vacation on. Sunday night with no air conditioning I called Tampa AC and they quickly called back. By Wednesday our home was cool. Very professional and courteous. I recommend them 1000%!

I called Mark for my AC because it wasnt working, Mark came over my house the same day and my AC was up and running in time. His prices are amazing, his service is great. This is a family-owned company. I’m entirely satisfied with their services. I called them by nine and by noon they were at my place. They performed the diagnostic of the system, then came back at three and took care of it. Simply a joy to have them solving your AC cooling issues. Plus, they are respectful and friendly. I do recommend.

I had an issue with one of my AC units. I called Tampa AC Services and they came out within 2 hours to diagnose and fix the issue. I subsequently used them to install UV lights and perform preventative maintenance on my units and they did a great job. They also are very courteous and super friendly and I would recommend them to anyone who needs AC work in the Tampa area.

I had a very disappointing experience with this AC repair service. The technician came out and charged us an $89 diagnostic fee but gave us an incorrect diagnosis. He quoted us for a part that was never installed, and after that, he completely disappeared. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via text, he never responded and never returned to complete the job.

It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that was not only wrong but also left unresolved. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Expensive? Our Blower Motor was under warranty, so the part was “free” ($25 filing fee). JP charged us $650 in labor to replace it. Next day my neighbor asked about seeing the AC van. Turns out, he had the same job done on the same AC unit for $125 plus a $25 warranty filing fee.
I asked JP about this. Here’s his reply copied verbatim from his email: “As far as the blower motor supply and replacement I usually charge $725, in your case I charged $650 after discount.” (The 10% discount was after also paying a $99 annual subscription fee.)
Google it for yourself: “Replacing a Lennox blower motor typically costs between $150 and $500 in labor, depending on the technician's hourly rate and the complexity of the job.”
What’s JP’s hourly labor rate, to explain his “usual charge” of $725? Don’t know, as he “can’t provide itemized receipts” other than: $650 Blower Motor Labor, $125 compressor coil cleaning, and $99 annual fee. No line items beyond that.
Note: Once the blower motor part was here, it took less than one hour to actually replace it, so my neighbor paying $125 for his makes sense.
No complaints otherwise! JP was nice enough and pleasant to work with. So if price is no object, then this company may be for you.
Yet if you need a new thermostat, be sure to supply your own, as they don’t carry anything ‘smart’ with wifi or Bluetooth. We got a basic one at Home Depot for $79 but JP was not quite comfortable working it, and said he strongly prefers older kinds without any connectivity.

JP is highly skilled and clearly understands his work well. He is able to identify potential issues early, helping to prevent bigger problems down the line. He is also personable, professional, and punctual. I highly recommend him for your next AC service or repair
