Nathaneel is unresponsive, unprofessional, and unreliable. He often shows up to the job late and never answers his phone call or text promptly. While I was on vacation, he canceled two hours before the arrival of my Airbnb guest, leaving me stressed and stranded. He initially agreed with me on a rate and raised his price twice in three months. His cleaning quality was poor, with guests frequently complaining about hair in the vanity, shower, closet, and on the bedsheets. I do not recommend his services.
