This contractor was hired onto our project by the GC, to do work at my home, for a short, caused somehow from the remodel. It has become my responsibility suddenly. I problem I didn’t create.

Octavio, finished the work to hopefully solve the problem, quoted me $260.00 verbally, then proceeded to invoice me for $380. He basically lied to me. Which now one appreciates.

Octavio is very kind, friendly, professional and diligent. He came highly recommended from a friend at church and I’m thankful for the referral. He’s a good guy.

He is fair with pricing, and gets things done in a timely manner. The quality of his work is very good, and unlike most contractors, he genuinely cares about the customer - and making sure we are happy in the end.

He is very reliable and I can’t stress that point enough because most contractors don’t show up when they’re supposed to, or they prioritize other jobs before yours and put you off for weeks. Octavio shows up on schedule and gets everything done quickly. Reliability, good quality work, and fair pricing is hard to find these days.
