I have stuck with you, I believed you in this install, I believed the warranty that you promoted. The a/c you recommended wasn't delivered from the manufacturer with all coolant? I wanna say there was a manufacturers recall on the coil that you never reached out to me about, but waited until we had a problem. Our drain pan over flow sensor that has been replaced, obviously doesn't work as water is leaking through the ceiling for no actual reason for the 2nd time in 2 months. We are now approaching ridiculous, and for no fault of your techs, they have been 100% with me that there is no reason for the drainage leak, nope, coil and line clean, all the things done, but somehow back in August, we had water leaking from our no-mans-land 1st to 2nd story where the handler is. It was under control, it was fixed, problem was an iffy drain-line connection (even though techs and myself said to you that it's leaking and drain pan is dry) and the cap not being glued to the actual drain line pipe. Nope not so does the story go. Spent the money, did the things to make sure there was no moisture, before going about General Contractor work. Ceiling is mudded, sheet-rocked, primed, painted at my expense. To have a rain cloud back in my house starting 10/15, finally talked to Ed 10/16, Amazing techs out on 10/18. They tell me to call if there is leakage again. I have tried to call 3 time today, no answer, sent to voicemail, no call back to confirm what techs told me which was to order new coil and drain pan, maybe come back out and investigate further the leak; at my expense AGAIN to fix the damage., Heck, there is access to this in the back attic, which no one has even ventured into. I have spent the money into having a roofing company investigate. I do 100% understand today's climate and the things, but communication is key to me and I have tried to communicate with Ed, but again, he is sending me to voicemail.

Spoke to Ed on the phone about an ac issue. Response was immediate and thorough, the issue wasn't serious, but it needed attention. The repair was completed within hours, I would highly recommend Ed and his company!

Late on 4th of July our a/c went out, I’d just given birth to our baby on July 1st. We left a message around 9 pm that our a/c is was out and by 8:30 am Ed himself was at our home and fixed our a/c. Ed's team is awesome. They showed up on time, repaired our air conditioning units and were honest. We had a part that was starting to corrode and they let me know it would eventually need to be changed. I asked them how much for them to go ahead and do it and the price was fair so I asked them to swap it out to avoid damage down the road. I didn't feel pressured for an "up-sale" like other guys have done me in the past. I definitely recommend them.

I called Hinton Air Conditioning due to my Drain line being clogged and Unit struggling to run due to low air flow. I was unable to unclog via various attempts. Hinton Ac sent Chris and his guys out within an hour of calling and were able to after some ingenuity, were able to get it running and serviced. Very honest and trustworthy service !!
