I recently hired Juan to install my Tesla home charger, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation was done professionally, with great attention to detail, and the final setup looks incredibly clean and well-organized. Juan was punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

Amazing work, excellent and responsible owner and team. Owner when describing his plan even pulled out the electrical code book to provide fine details why he was making particular design decisions. I really respect his knowledge and commitment to safe electrical work.

I’ve trusted Juan with the work at my home for years. He is everything you want in a contractor. Honest, trustworthy and takes great pride in his craftsmanship (which is excellent). His team at Smart Electrical carry on the same high level of service. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I Gave them multiple chances to redeem themselves and they cared less

I’m going to share with you my experience with the CEO himself
1st appointment Canceled on me after he was already late.
2nd appointment showed up late again smelling horrible and dressed like he just rolled out of bed.
He showed up and everything seemed fine , he explained well so I thought hey why not continue the process.
He stated he will have a written quote for me within 24 hours. The 24 hours turned into 8 days. Within that week it was all empty promises and finally today he lied for one last time before I decided to share with him my thoughts and they were not nice and well warranted.
To top it all off he still and finally sent the quote and that was just crazy , not only was he the highest quote I received but he was 3 times the cost.

I’m in shock the little reviews he does have are some how 5 star. Probably all fake.
