Poor communication, never fixed anything correctly. Also had salt pool. The system was old and when it stopped working, they never told me and started adding chlorine. I decided to fire them after I got a pool analysis from a very reputable company. I was here when the water was tested. It was basically tap water. No chlorine ( good thing it was cold), no stabilizer, etc. I have been maintaining pools for 40 years and am disgusted. Use at your own risk

If you are looking for a Dedicated, Detailed, Professional and Friendly pool company this is your Diamond. The owners have been in this business for years and have successfully cared for most of our neighborhood pools. They have been the first company to get our pool chemicals and color correct since we moved over a year ago. I am truly thankful for them as now we have been able to enjoy our pool and know that we are not being over treated with chemicals like others tried. Cool Pools Services does everything first class and they treat your pool like their own. Give them a shot as you will not be disappointed.

We just moved in and I knew the previous owners had pets, but oh my god... the amount of fur and dust Air Install pulled out was actually embarrassing. They showed me the pictures before they started and after they finished—night and day difference. I can finally breathe without sneezing every five minutes. If you haven't had your ducts cleaned in a few years, just do it. These guys were great and didn't leave a mess.

I called in the morning they came out in the afternoon! Great service! There were many stains in my carpet from my cat throwing up over the years. They were able to get all the stains out! I couldn't be happier!
