I hired Jhon to deep clean my pool and was disappointed. My pool was the same and in some ways more worst off after his service. The pool was still dirty, unbalanced and needed another filter (after he said he gave me a new one a few weeks prior). I ended up hiring a different company to fix my pool, balance it and replace the pool filter he installed.

I reccomend looking elsewhere if your pool needs cleaning.

Juan Carlos has a methodical system in caring for my pool. His process works because the pool always looks great. He keeps an eye on things and points out potential problems or small problems before they get out of hand. I’ve had pool guys that stop by for 15 mins and there is no care taken. Jhon Bens is through and consistent and happy with the service for several years.

I can't speak highly enough for Juan Carlos & the GREAT SERVICE he exhibits each and every time he services my pool. Since I bought this house, 5 years ago, I tried different pool services, but I was not happy at all. I just feel lucky enough I found Juan for this service. So professional and knowledge. He is passionate and perfectionist, but most important is his honesty, and I feel comfortable trusting on him.

Be careful. When I hired Jhon in Nov 2021, he was able to clean my spa quickly and cost effectively. I thought I finally found the perfect pool service company. Thereafter, I started having poor experiences over the next 6 months:

1) Jhon tried changing our agreed monthly price of cleaning the pool several times: a) because there was more leaves; b) extra phosphate or c) asking for servicing on a different day.

2) My pool was green several times even though he came weekly. When I hired someone new recently, they tested the water and noticed there were no chemicals in the water.

3) Jhon called me a liar. He wanted to charge me more because he said I filled the pool up with water that added phosphates. When I told him I didn’t, he called me a liar. While I get that he may have had something personal going on, this persisted and he never let it go. Even though I told him I was offended, he continued to call me a liar.

Booked a move-in cleaning and it was excellent.Yalilia and Carolina were professional, thorough, and did a beautiful job. Highly recommend.
