I wish there were more stars to rate Oven Cleaning Joy!! Highly recommend them!! Top notch customer service from the initial call through the entire cleaning process. My oven and stove top look brand new….I almost hate to mess them up…..Carline is so personable and she makes sure every detail is explained before she begins. The end result was amazing!! I will definitely refer family and friends to OCJ….Thank you all so much.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS REALLY SMOOTH AND PROFESSIONAL!! HAD MY OLD A/C BREAK DOWN AND CALLED SAWGRASS EARLY IN THE MORNING!! GOT APPROVED FOR MY CREDIT IN A SHORT TIME AND GOT MY NEW UNIT INSTALLED IN THE SAME DAY!! THE RECEPTIONIST ON THE PHONE EVEN HAD MY UNIT REGISTERED FOR WARRANTY AND I DIDN’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THAT!! THE TWO MEN INSTALLERS WERE VERY NICE AND TRIED TO MAINTAIN THEIR WORKING AREA CLEAN!! IN ALL I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE!! GREAT A/C UNIT ALSO!!

i would just like to say this is the most unprofessional company i have ever felt with i have built 4 homes and they never finished installing my unit correctly my bathroom ceiling fell in they did not wire the float switches to electric and i have mold all over my duct work they put in 2in a half years ago unit has never worked right due to unknowledgeable installers this unit cost me almost 10,000 i am a single mom with kids with asthma and one with lupus this has wrecked havoc on my family tried to resolve this matter and got no where sent certified mail to office and to francisco roberto morales only to have it returned. this is not the end of this trust me someone is going to make this right word of mouth is one of the best advertisements my next coment will be with chanel 12 news with all documentation and pictures of this job also the 20 something cancellations i have marked on my calendar.all i asked from this company was to make it right and they refused there salesman said this would be the best unit for us i wanted a split unit so the company then tells me the sales rep didn't know what he was doing and dosent work for them anymore this was two weeks after my purchase sales rep was brad j knee there is now mold all over my duct work they put in.......tina molinari

Pure & Simple, after installing a new unit for us, they Never registered it with Rheem for the 10 year warranty

They are prejudice. I scheduled an appointment to service my AC and after waiting 3hours they didn't show, because they said I live in a bad neighborhood. They are unprofessional and I will never call them again.

These guys are amazing. Service was exceptional and the definition of above and beyond. They treated us like family, and took the time to ensure everything that could be fixed was.
Would recommend to family and friends 100%.

I called a around a few different companies to inquire about some general questions, I felt the need to give this particular one a review. The woman on the phone, Gloria was so patient and accommodating. She took her time with me I didn't feel rushed off the phone or like I was disturbing her as I have felt with other places that I have called. Truly a pleasure to have some good help, it's so hard to find these days.

This company was a scam... They didn't even bother to register the unit they installed.. now they're bankrupt, and I can't get the shoddy work repaired.

Don’t believe a WORD of their response. Their work is something that CANNOT be repaired. It will forever be a problem in this house unless we move the entire unit, slab, ductwork. They closed and went bankrupt, and now they’re reopened under the same name to scam more people.

It was such a pleasure to work with Sawgrass Air! They went above and beyond. They came out immediately and were outstanding and professional. I have worked with other companies in the past and now will only use them. I can't recommend them enough!

Roberto charged me $325.00 to replace two Water Heater Element and sent to my house on 08/03/16 a "tech" called Xavier... Xavier doesn't know how to fix it and he was all the time on the phone talking to someone who explains him how to do the service... Xavier left my house and said the Heater was working... for my surprise... when my wife went to take a shower... it wasn't working...
Xavier came next day, repeated the same as the day before... left my house saying the water heater was finally working... again on my shower time.... no hot water.... today is my third day in this battle... Roberto do not answer my calls... I still have no hot water... and he already took my money from the bank since first day...
I do NOT recommend this company to anyone... but if you want to working with guys like Robert go ahead and take your risk.
Now, I'm just trying get my money back... and hire someone that really know how to fix my water heater... but look like Robert is not happy to return my money. I'm just asking him, the same way he sent someone in my house to collect my money... he must send someone in my house to return my money, and it has to be quick.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!! I had an airconditioning unit replaced and they failed to pull a permit for the installation. The workers spoke no english so communication was extremely limited. The concrete pad had to be extended to accomodate the new unit so they installed the unit before extending the concrete leaving part of the unit hanging in mid air. Later they returned with a bag of concrete and tried to pour it beneath the unit. Looks like a third grader did the work. The job was extremely sloppy and after 2 weeks the pad is already cracking and breaking up and the unit was not secured to the pad. I called to have them fix these issues and I was told it looked OK to them. A different company looked at their work and confirmed the sorry workmanship and lack of security of the unit. I will now have to hire another company to fix their work and file suit against Sawgrass Airconditioning. A terrible company!

Sawgrass air conditioning took 2 weeks to troubleshoot my air conditioner unit, which froze over once the unit started up. One week without air conditioning was too long. Especially, when there's a child in the house suffering from asthma. Initially, they were very confident in their diagnosis of the problem and they came to fix the problem on a Friday. After a few hours, the air conditioning unit froze over and warm air was circulating the house. After at least 4 visits and persistent phone calls by my family, the air conditioning unit was finally fixed.
This year alone I have spent over $700.00 repairing an air conditioning unit that I purchased from Sawgrass Air Conditioning 3 years ago. I do NOT recommend purchasing or maintenance of your air conditioning unit with Sawgrass Air Conditioning.
