Sean was here within 2 hours of my initial phone call. He came at 930pm and worked over 2 hours to clear a sewer line clog more than 40 feet from our affected bathroom. He cleaned up after the job and offered helpful advice as well as products to prevent future issues. If you want someone who will work hard and satisfy call roto rooter and specifically as for Sean.

Had a great experience with a technician named Terein. He was very nice in trying to help us with our issue, and they responded to the call same day.

Tevin came and cleaned our backup up sewer line late at night. He was cool and friendly and knowledgeable and gave advice on how we can avoid this issue in the future. Thank you very much. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.

Reliable and expert work done ✔️
Tevin saved the day with my kitchen sink and laundry water issues.

Worked with multiple different technicians and Jesse! They were all fantastic. We had some issues with a different company and roto-rooter saved the day. They did a multi-day job, were upfront about pricing, and allowed us to view the cameras with them as they were going through our pipe system. Will definitely be using them for future jobs and would recommend them to anyone. They kept us informed the entire time!

Tevin was so helpful very personable. I called Robo router and on the same day he showed up diagnosed the toilet and was done lickety-split super fast. I was so thankful and happy. I would definitely recommend Robo router and Tevin to anyone who needs helps this service.

After calling 3 separate plumbing companies who would not come out, I called here and they sent Tevin out, and within an hour he was at my house. Found the issue in minutes and even helped clean up after. 10/10 service and will not be using any other plumber again

The Tech, Nile arrived on time and promptly began my repair. He was extremely knowledgeable and communicated effectively. He was transparent with his explanations of what to expect, there were no surprises. Because of his know how and experience, he completed my repair quickly. Nile is a great technician, I was very comfortable and at ease with him in my home and confident in his ability to thoroughly fix my issue.

Had a clog in The main line which caused the water inside the home to backup. The main line was snaked and pipe was unclogged allowing water to flow freely.

Tevin did a great job unclogging our pipes under the house. He was the cleanest plumber we’ve ever seen as he wore his boot covers, used a tarp, and wiped the areas clean. Would use him again for sure!!

I had an amazing experience with Sean with Roto-rooter! He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently. His work was top-notch, and he left everything clean and tidy. It’s hard to find reliable and honest plumbers, but his work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Service technician was great. Got here super quick. Fix the problems within an hour and gave me a coupon to help with the cost. Thank you so much.
