Excellent service. My puppy pooped in a bedroom and they left no trace if it. The bedroom smelled like oranges. Many have already used them and only said great things themselves about their experience with them. They're very professional. Five stars!

Joe runs an amazing business. I use Omega Carpet Cleaning Service Co services every year. His equipment is top notch, but more importantly you are going to be supporting a local small business and an awesome guy. If you need carpets, sectionals, or bar stools cleaned - call him today!

Cancelled my appointment

Needed emergency carpet cleaning- They said they could come same day. Paid my deposit and then at 3 pm called me and told me they wouldn't make it - and couldn't come until Sunday.

Had to call office to request my deposit back - very frustrating and poor customer service.

Omega Carpet Cleaning Service Co do such a nice job. They saved us after a pipe burst and we were able to keep our carpets thanks to them. We also had our couches cleaned which was no easy task with a black lab. The couches look like new! Great quality service and friendly staff! You won't be disappointed.

I was amazed on how well the service was. There were things that I didn’t asked to be deep cleaned and they took it a step further to do those areas And didn’t charge anything else additional..I will continue to use their service and recommend it to business company, friends , and family.

Merelyne and her team are the ultimate professionals. They showed up on time and cleaned my home super well. They were very nice and respectful and we even chatted casually as they were working. Highly recommend! Thank you for everything!
