Very pretentious, scheduled an appointment and never showed up. Left a message that they are too busy with current projects. So why schedule an appointment and no- show?

Spoke to the owner, he said they were very busy and asked what type of job I needed done. Told him I lived in a townhouse and needed front and back lights done. He said he would call back the following week. He never did, I suspect he is only interested in very large jobs but should have been upfront or called back.

From the beginning, they were incredibly professional, responsive to all questions and courteous. Each appointment was on time. They offered excellent suggestions to better enhance my lighting. They were very respectful of the property and left it in excellent condition. I am pleased and would highly recommend to others.

I have done 2 projects with Tom and his team. Both lighting projects have been done with the highest level of professionalism and quality of work. Five stars.

A few years ago Paradise Landscape Lightning installed a beautiful plan throughout our property to replace a low quality system. I am amazed that all these years later, through harsh salt air, flooding several times a year and a highly corrosive environment and we have not had a single problem or bulb fail. It is amazing. I used Paradise Landscape Lighting to illuminate my home in Boca. I must say they are one of the most professional contractors I have ever used. A full team showed up and installed all the lighting in one day. I asked Tom if he was going to stay until dark to confirm everything worked properly and make any necessary adjustments. He told me that wasn't necessary as the lights would come on perfectly at dusk and I would probably never see him again! I said "okay, sure" with skepticism. Tom was right. Dusk came. The lights were perfect. And I've never had to see Tom again. Outstanding work. I would highly recommend this company.

I first had landscape lighting installed by Paradise ten years ago and they've functioned extremely well. several weeks ago four of the lights stopped working. I let Tom of Paradise know andhe responded promptly. back in 2010 Paradise was a relatively small company; it has now become much larger and is doing installations all over the country - some of which are much larger and more complex than mine. Tom responded promptly, sent his crew out, and after about two hours of work were able to locate and solve the problem. So even after all this time, they still responded to what was for them a small job. That is top-notch service!

What a difference professional landscape lighting makes! We have an acre of land and need a lot of lighting. I can’t remember the last time all of our Home Depot lights worked at the same time. We were spending quite a lot just constantly changing out bulbs, trying to find where wires were cut after lawn service edging, changing out connectors that had dried up or cracked. We spent a small fortune changing out transformers too. Tom did a spectacular job choosing the right type of light for each area to highlight. Everything looks beautiful!
