Great service. A/C went out and Brad was here within 2 hours of calling not only on a weekend but in a holiday weekend. He took the time to check everything and also explained everything to us. AC stopped working so I called a couple different AC contractors and Langford was able to get to me within a couple hours. The problem was a seized condenser fan motor. The part needed was scarce but they got one for me and got me back with cool air before the end of the day. Langford is my new go-to AC contractor. Nice job 👍

Brad and Tyler were on time and treated my service call with urgency. They arrived and instantly identified the issue. They obviously know what they were doing. They replaced the part and were extremely professional through the entire process. I will definitely be calling them again for any AC needs.

I couldnt recommend this company highly enough. I had Brad come out and inspect my ac unit and he did a very thorough job. Was very honest in his findings and wasnt trying to sell me anything. He went above and beyond cleaning the outside unit. He completely disassembled the unit to clean it the right way. Noone else woulda done that for sure. No shortcuts with Brad at all.

He did have one mishap while putting everything back together and put a hole in the outside coil. We were both very disappointed because he just finished cleaning than this. However he worked non stop and got it back in working order in just a couple hours. I know he lost money on this job but he done everything honestly and right by me.

He earned a new customer with me and i will only call Langford for any other ac needs. Honesty and work ethic certainly goes a long way and i hope those values never waiver at your company. Thanks a bunch.

It’s really tough to wake up in Florida’s heat and your AC is not working!!! I was last on the list with everyone I called 😩 Brad made me a priority and was here quickly! 🤗🙏🏻 He saved me and my Furbabies from near death. Langford Cooling has been to my house twice now for regular maintenance service. They always show up on time and they are the friendliest people I’ve encountered in a long time. This licensed and local Ruskin business owner produces quality work, is trustworthy, efficient/effective, fair priced and will not try to sell you something you do not need. He also offers a low cost bi-annual maintenance plan which we have found to be exceptional. Highly recommended!

This company and the two men that run it are by far hands down the best. After having a terrible and expensive experience with One Hour Air, Langford Cooling came out and double checked our ac. We had gone two weeks without air conditioning and were at our wits end. One hour air over charged my retired grandfather and didn’t even fix the problem. When Chip with Langford came out he was so nice and respectful, he did a complete inspection of my grandfathers ac unit and informed us of what needed to be repaired. Both Chip and Brad stayed at our residence late at night to ensure that they fixed the problem and our ac was back up and running!! I will only ever use this company for any air conditioning needs from here on out! Thanks guys for being an amazing company and providing more than excellent customer service
