Brian came out within 30 minutes to resolve a valve issue I had in my bathroom. Emergency services are worth it especially with a company who responds back to you within 10 minutes. I will be using this company for future bathroom upgrades.

We had Clint come and discuss our bath room renovation and we were told we would hear from him in 2 days with the estimate. That was the first week in June and after many emails and phone calls, we have not heard from him and it is now the end of August. We would not recommend Reedy Plumbing.

If you are looking for a reputable Plumbing Company, Reedy Plumbing is the way to go. I had a bad shower pan upstairs that leaked down to my kitchen ceiling and Reedy Plumbing came in, identified the problem, started repair, came across another unexpected problem (mold) which my tech told me had to be addressed before they could proceed (as a safety precaution to my family). Once that was addressed, they continued the work-which included replacing my shower pan and reinstalling tile and shower doors. The plumbing technician who worked on my project (Brian) is superb and gets a 10 star rating from me. I initially interviewed 3 companies and out of all of them Brian was very detailed in describing what needed to be done. Throughout the process, we could see that he knew what he was talking about. In short, Reedy Plumbing is the company you want to go with and Brian is your guy. (Now I understand why it was so hard to get on his schedule - he's definitely valid!!!) We are very pleased with our experience with Reedy. Our first meeting with Al was very informative. He did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, and even drew me a picture. I am a visual learner!

We had numerous estimates, and although Reedy's quote was not the lowest, we have no regrets using them. Al, Brian and Mike showed up on time. They were all very professional, personable and polite. All messes made were cleaned up.

Who knew when I decided to replace countertops that so much else would also be replaced! But this was the logical time to take care of what our home needed. Happy to suggest Reedy! Thanks guys!

This review is same day of services. Called around for emergency repairs after a troublesome opossum damaged a water line. For a Saturday service they were timely. The services rendered on par but the customer service was beyond exceptional. Bryan was amazing and he was more than helpful with my situation. Reedy has all my future business needs. Thank you Bryan for all your assistance you deserve 10 stars.

The crew Re-piped my house. They did excellent professional work. I was amazed no walls had to be opened. They left my house cleaner than when they started the work. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work you have. I am going to have them install my water softener in a few weeks.

My regular plumber was unavailable for a Saturday emergency, and gave me the numbers of 2 other Master Plumbers in the area. Recognizing the Reedy name, I gave them a call, and a plumber called within 10 minutes. When I explained my issue, he advised that he would be here within a 2 hour window (he made it in an hour). Al was polite & professional, and explained everything he was going to do & why after a few pertinent questions. He fixed the problem (clogged sewer line) within an hour, and while not cheap, the price was reasonable & in line with other plumbers.
I would not hesitate to call Reedy Plumbing in the future. UPDATE: 3 days later I had to call them again, as I had another sewage backup. This time they went thru another roof vent, and tried hard to sell me on getting a camera inspection of my system at $350/hour, and an enzyme treatment. He used a hard sell that I did not like at all. I'm going back to my regular plumber.

At 4:30 PM our Condo Association sustained an exterior pipe break outside one of our units. The break occurred just before the main shut-off to the unit. Water was spewing everywhere and we were unable to stop the flow. After trying a couple other plumbers and being routed to voicemail (one voicemail box was full and not accepting messages) we reached a live person at Reedy around 5:00. Reedy plumbers were on scene within an hour and fully coordinated the shut-off and restart of water to our Association with Hillsborough County. By 7 PM the repair was complete and the water was back on for everyone. I was tremendously impressed with Reedy’s rapid response and professionalism. I highly recommend them for plumbing services, especially in an emergency situation.

Reedy Plumbing installed our water heater and completed a small project replacing a worn gasket in the opening our garbage disposal in 2018. Two men were on the job. They arrived on time, completed the work efficiently and quickly and the price was competitive. The price was one of three quotes we had received from different companies. Reedy’s was mid range of the three quotes.
Interestingly, when one of the gentlemen looked at the garbage disposal, he said, “I installed that in the year 2000. “Sure enough, Reedy’s sign was on the disposal with his initials and the date it had been installed. It’s still working great.

I’m very happy with each job they’ve completed for us and highly recommend Reedy Plumbing... without reservation.

In my most recent experience with Reedy Plumbing, I have concluded that Brian from Reedy Plumbing is the most knowledgeable person in his field!! He was on site for less than 5 minutes and explained how my issue was a city sewer problem and told me how to contact them. My issues are now clear and it didn’t cost me a penny!!!! I will call Brian the next time I have a plumbing problem, that’s for sure!!!

Clint from Reedy Plumbing showed up when promised. Looked at work to be done and explained everything I wanted done and suggested another thing to fix while he was there. I agreed to what he suggested which was a good idea. He gave me an estimate and it was very reasonable. He did the job right then and cleaned up everything. I definitely would recommend Reedy plumbing if you need anything done.

My first experience with Reedy wasn't that great. We made an appointment and no one showed up or even called to say they weren't coming. This was on a day that I came in on purpose for them to do some work.

When they did come... on another day, we were told a quote would be made for another project. Never heard from them again and it was at least 2 weeks after another contact before I got the quote.

Fast forward a few weeks later. We had a water issue at our home and they were called out to do some repairs. They came through and did an incredible job at our home.

I am past that early hiccup and would recommend them to anyone now. They did a great job for us in our time of need. Awesome and very friendly people.

Wow , Reedy plumbing was awesome. Recently moved from Boston to Valencia Lakes. Lived here approximately 5 days and then....
The shower water won't shut off. Reedy plumbing was recommended and boy did they come through. Professional, got to the problem. Explained the issue to us. Finished the job right . Stayed late . We appreciate the fine service. We have water and in that moment that's all you care about. Pricing seemed fair after the job was done. You have got our business. Toilet leaking and they were very busy today but still managed to come this afternoon to fix my leaking toilet very nice was a referral for my neighbor and I will refer them out to anyone else. Nice to have good honest. Repairs

Our under-warranty water heater was malfunctioning. Rheem told me they didn't have anyone in the area that could service us in the near future and stated we would have to pay and get refunded--unless we found a company that would be willing to submit an invoice for work.

I called Reedy Plumbing and was told they had no problem servicing us with this arrangement. Due to shipping issues with the part, we received three visits from Reedy Plumbing. Clint was the plumber that visited and he was professional, friendly, and a wealth of plumbing-related knowledge. I also want to add that dealing with the company on the phone was refreshingly easy as well.

Albert from Reedy Plumbing came out and gave us a estimate on the work we need done and was very professional and the quote was very fair. We used Reedy Plumbing after getting 5 other estimates and checking the other companies ratings. Reedy was our best choice on reviews and about in the middle of the estimate ranges. Wanting to use businesses in the Wimauma are we chose Reedy and were very pleased with the completed work and clean up. Wound recommend them to our neighbors and use them again.

Reedy Plumbing misdiagnosed my plumbing problem and charged me almost $1300 basically for not doing anything. The plumber recommended video of my drainage system. Charged me $450 and informed me that the drains are clean. He then recommended a different, more powerful toilet. Charged me $820. Not even two weeks later the system was backed up again. If he completed the video of my drainage system, he would have seen that the drains were clogged. I did not need a new toilet after all. I've reached out to the company twice, but was ignored. I believe that the plumber (Brian) took an advantage of me because I am a woman and a senior. They don't even deserve one star.

I do want to let y’all know this company is amazing and was very fair with us. We called after 5 o’clock on a Friday and they were here with in the hour! They helped us get to the bottom of everything and even went over and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of from all aspects that came from our plumbing disaster. They were honest and explained everything. I will definitely be a return customer if any further plumbing issues come. Cannot recommend Clint and Andrew enough!!! They saved the day 🙂

We hired Reedy Plumbing to install a toilet and Albert was the technician. Not only was he efficient but he explained everything as he went along. The advice he gave us was priceless and the work he did was excellent. He made no mess and if he did he cleaned it up immediately. He has great customer service and is a good rep for the company. When he explained the installation process he spared no time in letting us know what the process was. We will use this company in the future as well as requesting Albert he was wonderful!

Had a clogged drain in kitchen, called Reedy Plumbing after hours and they arrived within 20 minutes. Brian took care of the problem in short order. Very professional and courteous. Thanks Brian.

Brian from Reedy Plumbing just visited my home for an estimate.
I've been miserable without a working kitchen.
As he analyzed the situation, he said he'd try a technique and amazingly the garbage disposal started working!
Then the kitchen sink cleared, and I have full use of my sinks and dishwasher.
