Langford Cooling has been to my house twice now for regular maintenance service. They always show up on time and they are the friendliest people I’ve encountered in a long time. Always asking if there’s anything else they can do for me. My air conditioning has been running real good and I keep the temperature in my house real cool! No problems at all

Brad is an outstanding AC maintenance professional! This licensed and local Ruskin business owner produces quality work, is trustworthy, efficient/effective, fair priced and will not try to sell you something you do not need. He also offers a low cost bi-annual maintenance plan which we have found to be exceptional. Highly recommended!

This company and the two men that run it are by far hands down the best. After having a terrible and expensive experience with One Hour Air, Langford Cooling came out and double checked our ac. We had gone two weeks without air conditioning and were at our wits end. One hour air over charged my retired grandfather and didn’t even fix the problem. When Chip with Langford came out he was so nice and respectful, he did a complete inspection of my grandfathers ac unit and informed us of what needed to be repaired. Both Chip and Brad stayed at our residence late at night to ensure that they fixed the problem and our ac was back up and running!! I will only ever use this company for any air conditioning needs from here on out! Thanks guys for being an amazing company and providing more than excellent customer service

Very courteous and professional. Got right to work and checked our system completely, diagnosed my issue and had it finished in less than an hour. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly, despite coming to my house at 8 pm after an all day install at another residence. I was 3 days without a/c over the Labor Day weekend waiting for a response from the company I had been using. A friend recommended Local Cooling so I called them right away. Brad returned my call promptly and had his tech, Bobby, on the way to rescue me ! He went above and beyond to get my unit fixed and had me up and running with cool air ASAP at a truly reasonable price!! Needless to say, Local Cooling will be my "go to guys" for any future AC needs.

In one of these Florida cold spells, our heat went out. I asked around and this company was highly recommended by a couple of people. I called Langford Cooling early Friday morning and spoke with Brad and he was able to get us worked in that same morning. Chip showed up within an hour or two. He diagnosed the problem and let us know how much it would be to fix it. We agreed and he had to go get the part and would come back later in the day to fix it. Brad came out and swapped out the part that night. He ended up having to fix a wire and then he found that our thermostat had also gone bad, probably at the same time as the other part. He didn't have a thermostat with him, so Chip came back out first thing Saturday morning to replace it. They didn't charge us for the thermostat, so they didn't nickel and dime us like some companies try to do. Even tho they ran into more issues after the original diagnosis, they only charged us the original price. Everything is fixed and we have heat again. Brad and Chip are both very honest and very nice. I highly recommend Langford Cooling.

Brad of Langford AC has, as usual done an excellent job taking care of my air conditioning. I have worked with him for three years on the recommendation of a friend that worked with him for many years. He has always done an excellent job and has even worked with the manufacturer to get me a warranty (free) repair that I would never have gotten without him. He will always have my business!

Langford Cooling, LLC is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. Brad was very professional, courteous and patient while answering all my questions. Plus, he offered several tips on how to keep my AC running great. Advice on where to purchase the best air filter and how to maintain my drain line. The office staff (Brad's wife) was so responsive and even called a couple of times with service time updates. I am definitely making Langford Cooling my only AC company and have recommended them to all my family and friends.

I hired Langford to install a new 4 ton AC system. They were very pleasant and timely to do the install. However once I had a problem with the poor installation I can’t get them to call, text or email me back! I have oil leaking so bad that it’s inside the handler, destroyed all my new filters and even leaked all over my floor!!! They won’t call me back! I had to pull money from my 401K to afford this system. I don’t have the money to pay for a repair. This is horrible service. I have a case open with the BBB and hopefully they can help me get resolution. I don’t advise anyone use this business. Stick with a larger, reputable business
