Woke up with a leak coming from my ceiling and kitchen. I called Servpro and they were out within an hour. Our rep Lenny was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful with our situation. I highly recommend Lenny and Servpro!

Water damage sucks but working with ServPro was so easy. My tech Lenny answered all my questions and was very thorough with the assessment. He came out next day and installed on day of. I would highly recommend them!

If I could give them a negative 5 star I would. I don’t mind the cost but if they had done something!! By the time they got there, all they did was tell me the drywall was wet but they don’t “find” the leak. Put up a few fans and a dehumidifier!! Then told me
To call another company to find the leak (which was from a window seal that was leaking). So $1,000 down the toilet. I could have done what they did without the aggravation of dealing with them. I should have gone to Home Depot or Lowe’s and rent the equipment. Completely wasted money. Never using them again!!!

I received outstanding service by Lenny. He kept me informed of the cleanup procedure from start to finish. I never needed ServPro services until recently and I would definately call them again should the need arise.

We were very impressed with the professional service that Scott Tracy gave us when he came to our home for help with our A/C concerns. His knowledge for the overall home environment was very helpful to us with our issues. We would highly recommend SERVPRO of West Orange and this individual professional.

Called after leak in slab and it was easy to schedule. The techs Lenny & Caleb were quite organized, informative and readily answered all of our questions. They were quite detailed in their investigation and instructions. Other than the nuisance of being without water, this has been a good experience. Recommended.

I had a water leak in my house on Saturday. I contacted Servpro of West Orange as the amount of water was overwhelming; however we were able to get most of the water up with towels and a wet vac. I didn’t know what to do next which is why I called Servpro.
Jonathan showed up within 30 minutes. He explained the protocols and my options. I appreciated his honesty and candor. He was thoughtful and thorough. I appreciated everything Jonathan did to refute my anxiety and stress during a stressful situation.

I would recommend Servpro and Jonathan if ever on another soggy situation.

Marty H. came to our home today to investigate possible water damage/mold and we couldn’t have been more pleased. He was so honest and informative on the different categories of water damage/contamination and he was thorough in checking our walls and baseboards. Both Castillo and Jonathan V were absolutely amazing. They came to our office because we had a dangerous situation in the bathroom where one of the ceiling tiles was about to give in due to being wet. They both acted very professional and explained all they did. Ceiling looks new and we feel safe thanks to these 2 excellent technicians! Thank you guys! The world needs more of you!

ServPro did an amazing job for us. Scott & his team were consummate professionals and handled every aspect of our emergency with tremendous customer service. They were on time, on budget and were careful in moving our belongings both into and out of storage. We give Scott and his team credit for helping us plan around the Christmas holidays and they never missed a beat. We haven't had a better customer experience with a company in the 11 years we've lived in Florida.

Lenny and John V. From West Orange were fantastic! Explained everything that was happening, were very polite and friendly and got the job done with no hassles. The woman that answered the phone was great too. Sandy I think it was. Got the guys out here as quick as possible. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to friends.

Servpro Saves the Day! Your team was fixing my elderly neighbors house that got hit by lightning and doing a great job! Then we discovered a kitten in the large oak tree... Justin scaled the tree with ropes and rescued the scared little kitten! Way to go above and beyond!

I NEED to put this out there. Nikki, Edddie and crew were AMAZING!! They were given two days to empty out two pods and rebuild furniture. They did it in 6 hours. They handled everything gently, FAST, super friendly, and made sure everything was where it needed to be and we were comfortable. They cleaned as they went, and even reassembled a bed that I thought was gonna be impossible. I can't thank them enough and show enough gratitude. I hope your team sees this, and they get the recognition they deserve!

Scott came to our house to investigate a water bubble on our kitchen ceiling. We were concerned about the possibility of mold and an unknown leak.

Just as Scott arrived, I had a family emergency and had to handle it over the phone. Scott was incredibly accommodating and patient during this time.

Afterwards, Scott immediately got to work on identifying the issue with the ceiling water bubble. Within a few minutes, he located the source of the leak and reassured us that it was a quick fix and there was no mold present.

I have had Scott come out in the past for other issues, and he has always been extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and a delight to work with. I will definitely use West Orange Servpro again.

Lenny was great. He made sure there were fans hitting all the damp areas, 2 dehumidifiers (1 in the closet) and drilled some holes in the wall behind where the floorboards will go back so as to hit the other wall from the inside where the oven and refrigerator are (difficult to reach and the floor didn't get wet, there, on the surface, but water most likely seeped in there from the hallway side, which was wet). This is the second time I called Servpro and Lenny came. He is very friendly, professional, and reliable. He also worked up a sweat. Good worker. I requested that he be the one to return and pick up the fans and humidifier.

I cannot be more satisfied with ServPro. Kyle the project manager was great to work with. He kept the project and team on track, kept me in the loop, helped manage my other vendors including my insurance company, etc. it’s nice to have someone so helpful by your side during trying times. The entire team was amazing, kind, courteous and professional. Highly recommend them and would work with them again if the need arises

Lenny was absolutely excellent tonight in taking care of our AC leak water mitigation. He explained every aspect of what he proposed to do in order to mitigate the issue showing us why and how things would be done. He gave us insights into ways to try to avoid this issue in the future / things to ask the AC repair team to best diagnose what caused the issue in the first place. He communicated extremely well, was on time, and worked very efficiently even though it was super late at night. He is exactly the type of person I would hope to help us in the future and we were very happy with the service and work he did.
