Dominic did a very thorough inspection explained in detail what everything was and if it was failing or failed the reason behind it. Report was 99 pages and in great detail if you want a proper inspection these are the guys to use!

I hired Dominique Fowler to inspect a home my wife and I were buying recently and couldn't be happier with their service. The home had over 100k worth of repairs that were not disclosed to us. He literally saved my wife and I from the worst financial decision of our lives. I am forever grateful for his throughness and professionalism. If you want the best in the business, it is him. Dont not do a home inspection to save money. Take my word for it.

Dominic completed another inspection for one of my customers. His inspections and warranties are the best that I have seen. Years of experience and never have a doubt about any home after he has completed an inspection. He would always be the inspection company that I prefer to use. Not only did Dominic explain in detail exactly what and where the problems were, he backed up his report with pictures that showed the extent of damage. Pictures speak a 1,000 words and this will save me many thousands of dollars$$.

We had Dominic inspect 2 homes which we looking to purchase...Thank God for his thorough inspections !!! The first one, which we were really interested in purchasing, we discovered was sitting on a sink hole...Without the hidden signs, which we didn’t notice, we investigated with the city and county and found it was in fact a sinkhole...This was not disclosed by the seller... There were many issues with that home that we did not notice, which would have cost us hundreds of thousands down the road..Needless to say, we withdrew our contract and deposit.....If it were not for this company, and especially Mr. Fowler’s expertise it would have been a financial disaster for us... We then moved on to find another home, and of course called Dominic Fowler again to inspect...We knew we could depend on this company’s expertise...There were issues, as with any pre-owned home..Some issues the seller was not even aware of.. We reached an amicable agreement with the seller on repairs and will be closing in the next few weeks... His reports were lengthy and left no stone unturned, which is exactly what a buyer needs...I would seriously consider using this company, and especially Mr. Fowler if you are considering buying a home....We are very happy customers.....

Dominic Fowler came out to inspect our large new property. He was extremely thorough and took the proper time given the building size. Provided a detailed report listing everything wrong with the house, and I mean everything from the smallest crack to major service issues. Used a remote controlled drone to image the roof and find all cracked tiles as part of routine inspection. He was very courteous and professional. The report was easy to edit later and forward to my realtor and the seller. The property360 staff was also easy to work with regarding scheduling and payment. Highly recommend Dominic and his team.
