Did a quick search on safari to clean my backyard around pool area and found this company. They were very friendly accommodating and was easy setting the appointment. They did an amazing job and would definitely use them again! Thank you guys!

Lorenzo and Joey are great! Quick responses, great prices, great communication, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Super happy with our results.

Received phenomenal service today from The Pressure Specialist. Efficient, fast, clean service. Catered to the customer's needs. Provided insight on additional services company offers. Friendly staff and all around great company to work with. Keep up the fantastic work! I will be using you soon and recommending you to the entire neighborhood.

First time using them and super responsive via text, easy to schedule and did a wonderful job! Will use again for sure!

Joey and his team are amazing! They came out in a few days with a great price. They made my roof look brand new. As a realtor, I am a strict judge of contractors/ laborers, these guys are a home run! I will use them in the future for all my needs. I recommend 10/10!

Joey and The Pressure Specialist did an outstanding job pressure washing all the sidewalks in my neighborhood. He was punctual, starting the job exactly when he said he would, and maintained clear communication throughout the process. His professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service truly stood out.

The results exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend The Pressure Specialist to anyone in need of pressure washing services. Thank you, Joey, for a job well done!

I needed power washing after being notified by the HOA that our sidewalk and cement was dirty. The pressure specialist returned my texts quickly and was able to do the job the next day. He did everything I asked for and sent multiple pictures to document his progress. I was extremely satisfied with the job and will definitely hire him again. Thanks so much Joey. A+++++ work

I recently had Joseph out to the house for a last minute cleaning and he did an excellent job. Communicated well, competitively priced, showed up when scheduled and went above what was expected to make sure the end result was what we wanted. I would highly recommend Joseph and his company to handle your pressure washing needs.

What a great experience. We were in a jam. HOA being jerks, our power washer broke Saturday morning 10 minutes into the cleaning. We found great reviews on this company and they were there first thing Sunday morning so we avoided being fined by HOA. Very friendly tech Julio did a amazing job. Fence looks new. He took care with my plants. We will be using them again for sure. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!!!!

The Pressure Specialist did a fantastic job cleaning my driveway, sidewalk, and backyard patio areas! Everything was done perfectly with high attention to detail. Communication was excellent, and I will definitely use these guys again in the future!

Excellent detailed work, wonderful communication, competitive price! Super super happy with the results! Will call them again!

When I contacted Joey, he responded within 15 minutes with a quote. They did a great job Arrived on time. Completed the work and our tile roof looks like new . Very attentive to taking care of our home and surrounding landscape. Highly recommend. Well done guys!

The Pressure Specialist was recommended by a friend who used the service and was very pleased with the outcome. I texted Joey hoping he would be able to come within a week or two. Amazingly, Joey had availability the same day!
Joey cleaned my very dirty sidewalks and gutter in no time and they look amazing. The service was excellent and Joey was kind and very professional. I will be adding him to my go-to list for pressure washing in the future.

Joey is absolutely awesome! I texted him, and he got back to me within minutes and let me know what his availability was. When he came out, he was both efficient and did a great job. He even offered to wash down some of our outdoor furniture, and got rid of stains that we have been battling with for years. He was incredibly respectful of our stuff outside, didn’t leave a mess like a lot of pressure wash companies we’ve used have, and was truly one of the best pressure washes we have had! He’s an incredibly kind person with great customer service. Our pool deck looks great and we can enjoy some time outside. Thanks so much, Joey! Definitely our go to moving forward.

Just had Mike from The Pressure Specialist pressure wash and thoroughly clean my driveway, sidewalks and walkway and I can't recommend them highly enough. I called them yesterday, they gave me a quote over the phone which was extremely fair and came out today at the exact tine we had discussed...he even texted me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. They did an outstanding job and were super friendly and professional. I'll definitely be calling them again!

The Team was great to work with! Joey was very responsive and answered all my questions to ensure alignment on services as well as scheduling. Lorenzo arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job pressure washing and cleaning the areas as outlined and discussed in the walk through. Looking forward to working with the team again as I highly recommend them!

Fantastic service from start to finish! Booking was super easy, the team communicated clearly, and they did an incredible job soft washing our windows—even taking care of some tricky spots. Everything is sparkling and spotless—our home feels refreshed and brighter than ever. Professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend! 🌟

Joey and Michael with Joey’s Pressure Washing were an absolute delight to do business with. I was in desperate need of pressure washing for my sidewalk, driveway, and fence. Normally I handle it myself, but after recently losing my mother, it was one more thing I just couldn’t take on.

Joey and Michael had no idea what I was going through until they read this review. They were a true blessing. They quickly provided a quote and made it out the very next day, which helped ease one less burden during a really difficult time. That alone meant more than they know.

I would not only recommend them to anyone, but I will absolutely be retiring my own pressure washer just to hire them again. Thank you both for being so genuine. That kind of care is rare in a world where so many businesses treat you like just another transaction. I am truly grateful for the work you did for us and for making the entire process smooth and easy - Tara

The Pressure Specialist guys performed an amazing job on our roof windows walls and gutters. Even the walkways and driveway. Professional, on time, took the time to explain the work and even worked in temperatures in the upper 30s….in Orlando! Amazing price. The house looks new and clean. Took care to be cautious of landscaping too. Will definitely call these guys again!

Joseph was quick on communication when I asked for a quote with my laundry list of requests (sidewalk, driveway, patio, house, fence). The job was scheduled and completed within a few days. Michael came out to complete the service and did a fantastic job. He was detailed, timely, and communicated well on expectations. I highly recommend these guys for any pressure washing needs!

BIG FAN! I’ve had bad past experiences pressure wash providers - most use high pressure and strip the top layer of tile or concrete - that causes pitting and encourages more dirt and mold. The Pressure Specialist uses a softer spray and rely on both the technique and product to do the work. About 2 hours to complete the roof, driveway and they treated exterior walls and other vertical surfaces with their product. Check out the before and after! See that my roof tiles are in tact and not stripped of their surface!
