Great folks. Excellent service. Good prices.

Chris is one of the best heating and air guys in the buisness. He is also one of the most honest people I have seen. It is always a pleasure having him work on our HVAC and customer service is first class.

Great experience. On time. Called before to let me know they were on the way. Took the time to let me know what they were doing. What need to be done. Complete professionals and great price. I rarely write reviews, but felt they earned a good one. This is what customer service used to look like.

As Always, they are professional, friendly, efficient, honest, timely conscientious, & any thing else positive you can think of. I have used them for a variety of issues from furnace failure, low Freon, and a variety of other failures that my family & friends have experience at my office, mothers home & dear friends. He has always shown up & solved my issues, whatever they might be. I don't call anyone else.

We highly recommend Kayrouz Heating & Air Conditioning. The owner Chris, arrived on time, quickly determined the cause of the issue and recommended the necessary repairs to our AC unit with a very reasonable cost estimate. The work was done fast and staff were very professional and friendly. Give Kayrouz Heating & Air Conditioning a try and you will not be disappointed. We now have a friend in the AC business!

Decided on new equipment after our old one failed so I looked for HVAC installers nearby. PerfectCold AC Repair did the Air Conditioner Installation perfectly and the crew cleaned up everything. Our home stays at the right temperature all day long. The team answered all my questions patiently and made sure I understood the new settings.
