Simon came to repair my sprinkler system. A few zones were not working but Simon was able to detect the problem right away. It turned out to be problem with the control box and he suggested couple units for replacement. I chose the wifi version. It was the best investment I made! I can use the App on my phone to turn on/off the zones. It uses the weather report to skip watering day. It safe so much water and good for the environment! Thanks, Simon!

After having a patio and fence installed which affected some sprinkler heads, we needed some professional help with our irrigation system. A quick call to Lawn MD and all of my problems were taken care of in a single stop. Not only did they repair some sprinkler heads, they installed a new Rachio Smart Controller, tuned up the sprinkler heads and educated me on the entire smart system. Will definitely use them again in a few months for a check-up of the system. Great work Simon!

Awesome service! If you have a sprinkler system issue definitely give Simon and his team a call. They installed a new unit for my house which is a smart unit - it's like the tesla for sprinklers. It knows when my yard gets water and has all the analytics for all the different zones. Super neat. Couldn't be happier with their service.

I can’t say enough about the great service provided. We can planted some new landscaping our yard and we unfortunately hit to sprinkler lines. Simon came by first thing Monday morning and made the necessary fixes. He also checked the remainder of the system to ensure it was in proper working order. We also have been reviewing our options for a new lawn and pest service. One of the services we obtained a quote from told us that our problem with our lawn was our sprinklers. He quoted an enormous list of items with a large price tag; we immediately called Simon who came back over to verify these claims. As expected, he confirmed no additional work was necessary. I called and quickly received an apt for a diagnostic on what was happening with the irrigation system for the house we recently bought. We purchased our home 2 years ago, we recently had two broken heads and decided to have an irrigation system check. Glad we did. Simon arrived early (after calling to be sure that was ok). We had multiple malfunctions, heads spraying into the ground and sidewalk/street. We also decided on some aesthetic fixes. He saved all broken/replace parts to show us the work. Simon is definitely an expert in his field and willing to help in any way possible. He installed a new smart sprinkler box and took the time to walk me through the app set up. My wife and I just bought our first home, and we knew almost nothing about our sprinkler system except that 3 of the rotors were definitely not working. Lloyd was extremely friendly on the phone, let me know their service charge and hourly rate (both of which seemed quite fair), as well as an estimate of how long the problem should take to fix (even though I wasn't able to give much detail on exactly what the problem was). Christian showed up to actually perform the work, and he was very friendly and efficient. As he diagnosed the issue, he explained what the issues were and what my options were for fixing them.
In addition to fixing all of the issues, he also gave the entire system a look to make sure there weren't any other problems I overlooked, gave me some additional recommendations on other changes I might want to make (with a great "I can do this for you now if you'd like, you could call us some other time, or even probably do it yourself if you wanted" attitude), showed me how I could have fixed the issue myself if I ran into a similar issue in the future and wanted to save some money, made sure my timer was configured optimally, and made sure I knew how to use the timer.

Everything was great with our experience using Lawn MD. Simon was professional, on time, very reasonable with prices, Cleaned up after himself, 👍🏼and Was super quick too! Definitely holding on to his number!!

Lloyd was very professional, courteous and respectful of our appointment time. He quoted me an hourly rate on the phone, plus parts and I agreed. When he was available to come early, he called to see if that would be ok. It worked great for me, so he told me when to expect him. He arrived on time, fixed the problem, checked out my whole system and made recommendations for future. He charged exactly what he quoted me. It is so nice to do business with an honest, hard-working individual who can get the job done.
