I never leave reviews but EVERYONE needs to watch out for this company. I am elderly on Merritt Island and they quoted me and my husband over $20,000 to pipeline our pipes after only inspecting a small area of the home for 10 minutes and telling us they could not do the rest because of the pipe conditions. I found that hard to believe since we have only ever had one backup. I had 2 other companies give us quotes, after running their camera through the entire system, (somehow both of them were able to do), for almost $10,000 cheaper. Furthermore, both of them said pipelining wasn't even needed as the pipes still had plenty of life. Pipeflow Solutions is a scam targeting the elderly using scare tactics. Not this old woman though! I did a little research and they are from Orlando. This picture is their "office". You can tell they are fly by night. Let's keep them off our Island!

Extremely responsive company with honest field workers. Responded promptly to my emergency situation that occurred right before Christmas. Was willing to do everything in their power to resolve my plumbing issue. Fredrick was honest and timely with his communication.

Giovanni just came out for an issue with our disposal and he was great! We came back from a trip and it randomly stopped working and we had no idea why. He figured out it was an electrical issue due to a storm surge and luckily we didn’t have to replace the whole disposal. Nick our technician was amazing to work with after a water pipe broke in our bathroom wall flooding our home. The company came out very fast and did the repair allowing us to get our water back on. I would recommend this company and especially Nick to anyone in need of a plumber.

The guys over at Pipeflow Solutions are extremely professional in what they do. They came and did an initial inspection without even entering the house and were able to determine that my cast-iron pipes could be relined for less than the cost of replacing the pipes. Additionally, the foundation did not need to be disrupted and the job was done efficiently within just a matter of 2 to 3 days. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

It's been 2 weeks. Despite repeated phone calls, we still have NOT received our warranty and video. It seems that once a business has been paid, they no longer provide any type of assistance. We should not have paid the full amount until we received everything that was promised. Lesson learned. I can not recommend a company that does not provide what they promised.

The Pipeflow team made every effort to be on time and leave the work area tidy at all times. The crew arrived early in the morning to reline my cast iron and did not stop until they finished. There are many steps in the process and watching them work was like a well oiled machine in action!. Very professional and courteous service-team!
