We have a very high-end pool, and WRX treats it like it’s their own.

Do not trust this company with your pool. My pool had a full-blown algae problem during the time they were supposedly servicing. The response to me was the readings do not detect any algae. If I could upload the pictures I would but my walls were covered without you I had to spend $700 for another pool company to fix the problem

Highly recommend WRX Pools, having used another service company for 9 years our pool was not looking its best as the service was not what is was. Within one month of WRX taking over the pool and spa is back to looking amazing. A couple of repairs were needed and these were done quickly with great feedback and photos of the work being completed. Cannot rate highly enough.

We’ve had continual problems with this company, not a one-time issue. NUMEROUS times After being told the pool had been cleaned, we found it still green with debris and requiring a return visit. They said chemicals had been added but added it on the return visit after our complaint.

Following service, a hose was left attached to the pool system and the equipment was not restored properly. Immediately after, our spa heater, which had been working normally, began showing flow errors and entered a lockout. This was dismissed as a “heater fault” with no responsibility taken.
There have also been ongoing chemistry issues, including chlorine levels strong enough to cause skin itching. Despite repeated requests, the company has refused to lock the equipment panel after service.
We manage multiple properties and use other pool service companies and have never experienced this level of rudeness, deflection, or repeated disruption to pool systems. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.
