Review:

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of hiring Falcon Remodeling for a home renovation project. From start to finish, Kyle demonstrated an exceptional level of craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail that exceeded our expectations.

Right from the initial consultation, Kyle took the time to understand our designer's vision and provided valuable insights and suggestions for the project. His expertise and experience were evident throughout the entire process. He was prompt in providing a detailed and transparent estimate, ensuring that there were no surprises along the way.

The work itself was executed with care. He and his team of subcontractors exhibited remarkable skill and expertise in every aspect of the project. Whether it was demolishing walls, installing new fixtures, or meticulously laying tiles, tasks were carried out with attention to detail. The end result was exceptional.

In addition to the workmanship, his team's professionalism and communication were great. They were always respectful and approachable, making the entire experience smooth as it could be. Kyle promptly addressed any concerns we had and kept us updated on the progress of the project.

I can absolutey recommend Falcon Remodeling. Their level of expertise, attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction sets them apart from other contractors.

Kyle and his team at Falcon Remodeling are excellent to work with. Efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and responsive. We recently completed our 2nd project / renovation with Kyle. They continue to impress.

I highly recommend them.

Kyle and his team did an excellent job on our master bath and kitchen remodel. Timeline for both projects exceeded our expectations. Kyle and his crew were very detailed oriented and knowledgeable about all aspects of both projects. We will be using Falcon Home Remodeling for all our future home improvement projects.

Incredible job - magazine quality finishes! These guys are great, thankful to know Kyle

Excellent to work with. Kyle’s work on our kitchen and other remodel projects around the house have been truly a blessing. Falcon’s crew shows up and gets the job done as expected. They are clean, neat and communicative about the work being performed. Trust me, don’t hire a handyman. Hire a professional crew like Falcon.

Kyle’s worker repaired a couple soffits damaged in the recent hurricane quickly and efficiently. Came of time, worked fast. Highly recommended.

We have to rework part of our cabinetry to accommodate a larger refrigerator. Kyle came out on the same day that I called him. He looked at the spec sheet for the new appliance, figured out exactly how to shift the cabinetry to maximize the limited space, and gave me a blueprint as to how to proceed.

We will certainly call on him for our future projects.

Last fall, we started exploring whether to move to a new home or remodel and love the one we have. Kyle Liceaga and his team at Falcon Remodeling helped us make the decision to remodel by opening our eyes to the possibilities. Initially, we thought we’d be stuck with the same basic kitchen layout, but Kyle showed us that wasn’t the case. We decided to move forward with remodeling both the kitchen and master bath. Now that the project has been completed, we couldn’t be happier. Throughout the process, Kyle was incredibly responsive, displaying great intuition, creativity, and problem-solving skills, always thinking outside the box when needed. His team and external vendors shared the same commitment to excellence, ensuring everything was done right and that we were satisfied. Every person involved was professional and courteous. A big thank you to the owner Kyle, Jose, Arian, Angel, and Leo for our stunning new kitchen and bath—we truly feel like we have a new home

Great experience! Workers were on time, worked very clean and did a beautiful job! Very reasonable price!

Very impressed with the project we did in our bedroom where our wall had some water damage. Kyle was very responsive and his team was prompt and professional. They did an excellent job and we are already discussing our next project to do with Falcon!

It is common to hear horror stories about remodeling your home. This is not one of them. Falcon Remodeling & Construction was recommended to us by the kitchen cabinet company we hired to install a new kitchen. Kyle, owner of Falcon Remodeling and Construction, was prompt and offered us great ideas. He was able to manage the complete process of remodeling from demolition, flooring, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliance installation. Kyle made sure that someone was on site every day working to move our project forward toward completion. No matter what the challenge, Kyle worked with us to solve problems and made sure that the work was done to our satisfaction. His crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and conscientious. If you want your project done in a timely manner and completed correctly - Hire Falcon Remodeling and Construction.

Kyle and his guys did an excellent job in my closet. It turned out exactly as I imagined it. They were professional and cleaned up when they left. I will definitely use them again for future jobs.

We hired Falcon to add cabinets above our existing ones and to light our pantry. The cabinets look amazing (perfect match) and the molding added a nice touch. The pantry lighting is so bright and automatically turns on when you open the door. All of the staff was kind, professional and on time. When we need another remodel, we will certainly reach out to Falcon.

Falcon Remodeling did an incredible job on a range of home repairs we needed, including drywall repair, painting, closet repairs, baseboards, and ceiling repair and painting. From start to finish, their team was professional, reliable, and extremely detail-oriented.

Every area they worked on looks flawless — the drywall patches are seamless, the paint is perfectly matched, and the baseboards and closets look brand new. They were respectful of our space, cleaned up thoroughly each day, and completed everything on schedule.

Kyle and his team were professional, communicative and remodeled all three of our bathrooms. Our two guest bathrooms included removing the bathtub and updating countertops and fixtures. Our master bathroom was a complete renovation overhaul that modernized it with a dual shower. Fantastic crew and we are loving our new bathrooms!

Kyle and his team did a great job. We’ve used them for many projects- the largest was kitchen remodel. Great ideas, craftsmanship, and work ethic. Very happy with the end results.

Falcon remolded our laundry room first; then the playroom. They were so punctual and clean, we had them do 2 of our bathrooms. They all came out stunning!!! Thank so much Kyle

Kyle and his team remodeled our upstairs master bathroom, including a complete remake from the subfloor up of the shower. They carried old tiles and cabinets out and brought new materials in and up the stairs without leaving a trace of dirt! We received good advice along the way and the project was completed as budgeted and within our timeframe. Would definitely use Falcon Remodeling again.

I needed to get a leaking window replaced and replace water damaged siding. Kyle came in and gave a very fair price and his work was excellent and went above and beyond in his work . I would highly recommend him and use him again for any needs in the future!

Kyle and his team were very professional. Him and his team communicated daily, planned accordingly. His team was always on time and kept area cleaned and organized from start to finish. I will use Falcon Remodeling & Construction for future renovations.

Kyle and his team were very professional and made sure every detail of my bathroom renovation was done properly. Kyle kept in constant communication with me and answered any questions I had at a timely manner. They renovated my floor and installed a beautiful new vanity. I am very happy with my new bathroom.
