Very fast response to our needs. The technician was very approachable and professional. The office staff followed up with a call the next day which was not expected but much appreciated. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Our water pipe burst around 6pm last Dec. We contact this company and the owner responded promptly, assessed the water damage and set up fans immediately. We had some issues with our home insurance settling the account after the job was done. The staff was very respectful and showed great patience negotiating with them. Thank You guys for a great job.

This company did work following very bad flooding in my house. I cannot fault the work that has been done. My house is as clean as new. Friendly and very professional staff. Always punctual, attention to detail and took extreme care of my belongings whilst attending to the cleaning. I would strongly recommend this company for any restoration or cleaning work to anyone. I love these guys at this company. They are the best water damage restoration company in town. I use them all the time and they do fantastic work. I have never worked with anyone that has higher ethical standards than these guys. They take rest care of my customers and for that I am grateful. They will treat your home as if it was their own, and that is a characteristic that is uncommon in this industry. They truly care. Great company to do business with. Very fair and professional in dealings with their vendors and subcontractors

Be careful with two people who work with this company they are not honest people.(because we can’t talk bad about all the staff members)
It’s a PM and superintendent.
If someone it’s going to do business with them be careful also they take so long to pay and they don’t like to pay after they agreed in a price.

They took a year to pay us and shorted us around $10K.
Even though we had proof money was owed to us. Even their own employees agreed they do this to a lot of subcontractors. Would not do business with them again. Gave them 2 starts because in the beginning they were paying on time. Had change in field employees and it all went down hill.
