This was an amazing experience and I'd definitely use them again. From my first call, Steve was very professional and helpful. He did a great job walking me through the process. We had our tile cleaned and our grout sealed. It looks AMAZING! The tile is a different color than I thought it was, even though it was a new-build house.

Steve and his son Scott cleaned 900 square feet of ceramic tile and grout in our home today and the floors look great! The tile flooring hadn’t been professionally deep cleaned in several years and we can really see the difference. The grout lines are much lighter after cleaning and the tile looks years younger than it is. FThey worked quickly and efficiently and took care with moving our furniture to clean thoroughly. I booked Stain Lifters to have the tiles and grout cleaned. They booked me for 10:30 AM and said it would be done around 2 PM. I got to the house around 11:15 AM and they had already left saying they finished the job. Besides a couple of areas, The Floors did not look clean at all. They said it’s because the grout is old and may have had oil spills. The Floors are only two years old and The whole point of hiring a company is to get the stains out. A lot of promises were made before they book the appointment. When I told him I was not satisfied, they said they would come back and clean again. I did not confirm them the time yet, and they went there again without me. My bad of trusting them and giving them the love box. It looked no different than what it was before. Just got my Tesla Model 3 detailed by Manny, and WOW, this guy must have a PhD in sparkle-ology. My car went in looking like it had been in a demolition derby sponsored by coffee stains and dog hair, and it came out looking so shiny, I’m legally obligated to warn nearby pilots about glare.

Manny didn’t just clean it; he exorcised the crumbs from every crevice. I think he found a French fry from 2019 and a receipt for snacks I don’t even remember buying. The floor mats? He revived them. The paint? It’s so reflective, I accidentally made eye contact with myself. The man even polished the cup holders—who does that?!

I swear, my Tesla now runs smoother just because it feels appreciated. If you want your car to go from “haunted by snack ghosts” to “rolling piece of modern art,” Manny is your guy. Five stars, two thumbs up, and one very clean Tesla named Manny. Coincidence? I think not!

I detailed my car with Louis - west orlando mobile detail for a full interior and exterior detail, and I couldn’t be happier with tye service. Louis made it look and smell brand new. Louis was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what they were doing.
