Rhino Pest Control is the BEST!
I have no complaints and I’m not bothered by annoying pests inside my home.
He is always on time , very professional and a good value. Give this business a try . You will not be disappointed!

I canceled him after first service.

We had Wayne come to our brand new house for the initial spray. During the service, he kept saying again and again, ‘ if you see this, don’t call me. If you see that, don’t call me.’ The whole time he was trying to make sure that we will not call him if we had anything issues down the road. He also implied that he won’t spray interior after the first spray.

Shortly after the initial service, we saw roaches both dead and live several more times in multiple places in the house. In the beginning he ignored my husband’s voice mails. At the end, he told me:’I’m not going to come out because of your bug phobia’. So, as a pest control professional, not only did he not provide the pest control service I paid for, but also gave me a diagnosis as if he was a psychologist.

He was rude, disrespectful and he was not professional at all. I called my bank right away and got my money back. I’d never recommend him to anyone.

Wayne is awesome. Since using his services we have never had a bug issue in our house. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for regular services.

Wayne is very competent and thorough when taking care of our household concerns in regards to insect control. I would recommend his program to others who want to control their insect concerns.

Wayne was great! I had a problem with rats. I called Rhino, they we’re there right away. Wayne investigated the problem and came up with solutions which led to the rat problem disappearing. He sealed the openings along the roof line and we’re rodent free.
I recommend them to everyone!

Wayne is resourceful, trustworthy, and results oriented. He brought a unique combination of rodent control with construction knowledge to help identify and solve the entry point for our issue. Companies we worked with prior to him just wanted us to pay continual fees to remove traps, but Wayne discovered they were entering through a concealed open drain pipe inside a wall, and sealed off the pipe. He even purchased scoping equipment to assist with exploration of where our problem came from. He was very reasonably priced with all the exploratory visits, plumbing caps and drywall repair. Now our issue is solved, rather than managed.

Rhino Pest Control regularly treats our home so that we have no issues. If an issue does arise between treatments, which is rare, they come out immediately to solve the problem for us. Additionally, Wayne has worked directly with us to solve problems, not just eradicate the pests. They are a great resource to the Winter Garden community and surrounding area!

Contacted Rhino for preventative treatment on a new home purchase! Owner Wayne even answers the phone :) Was even able to provide same day service, WOW! Even came early for our first treatment. Looking forward to the start of this new relationship

Wayne was punctual, professional, educational, patient and meticulous. He treated my home for an ant infestation. The price was fair for my roughly 3,000 square foot space. He didn’t just do a quick spray (like Massey) and he was able to identify the different types of ants. Orkin couldn’t even do that. He was considerate of my old dog. He trenched the mulch to get in between the home and mulch barrier. He listed to my concerns and gave feedback with no rushing. It felt like he cared about the outcome. I have already recommended him to people and I will continue using his services moving forward. This is the best local pest control in the area.

Rhino was very knowledgeable and advised how best to routinely handle insect pests, what to look for and assured me that it is best to call them earlier rather than later so that they can best deal with any issues. We did not have any preexisting issues and I am using Rhino a a preventative but I have been very impressed by them.

I have had no issues with Rhino Pest Control. They are always friendly and informative, and good with my pets. Any time I have a concern, my pest control guy offers good advice on ways to mitigate the issue as well as making sure we are covered with our pest mitigation. Monthly cost is very reasonable. Recommend!

Wayne and Rhino Pest Control is awesome! Helps immediately and is always available for questions and advice. He even worked with my pool company to coordinate efforts on a mouse issue that involved my pool heater. Highly recommend.

We have been using this local owned and operated business for over 7 years. Wayne is responsive and informative. His outside treatment method to keep bugs from entering works great! (If you have a bad infestation, first time treatment is inside your home.)
